I walked to the south, into the eastern end of the cement room. The walls were plain and dusty. This place seemed like a warehouse. People were talking to the south of me, and i turned to the west and started walking across the room. A man then came from the north, wearing a box around his neck. The box was about a half meter wide and about a quarter meter thick. It seemed rather plain in feature. The man was wearing a green plaid shirt, and he smiled as he moved his hands over the box, making noises that sounded musical. I listened as i watched him approach me. The sounds almost seemed like comical sound effects. The man nodded his head in time as he walked to a beat, turning around as he came to the east of me and heading back to the north. He passed to the eastern side of an object in the room. I felt very interested in the instrument, and i wanted to know more about how it made musical sounds. The man played the box again, and it made notes that sounded like digital bells. The man walked into an opening in the northern wall and disappeared. In a moment, he came back out. The box he was holding seemed different. It was now oddly shaped, with rounded bulbous parts. As he moved close to me, walking to the southwest, i noticed that branches stuck out from instrument, stretching to the southeast about a meter from the small rounded body of the object. The branches looked like tree branches that had been cut at slight angles on the outside ends. As the man passed to the north of me, i realized that the sound was now more like a metal xylophone. I liked the sound of the instrument, and i was interested to know how it made the sounds that it was making. It did not seem to be made of a material that could make the sounds i was hearing. The man stopped to the west of me and stood the trunk of the instrument on the ground. The trunk now extended from the bottom of the rounded main body. I thought that the trunk might form a vibrating node when it was fixed to the ground. The man looked at someone to the east of me and started talking to the person. I looked at the instrument. It seemed different now. It had gray metal tabs along the southeastern and southern side, and the branches were now sticking up in a fan to the northeast. The man adjusted the instrument around his neck, tipping the instrument at a slight angle to the west. It made a better sound now. The angle had something to do with how it resonated. The man then put the instrument on the ground to the south of him. He twisted to his right and lifted up a flat metal bar that was to the north of him. As he lifted the bar, he told us that the instrument was a cheafua. I recognized this term. It seemed to be an old term that meant “to lock cars to”. It was a reference to securing old carriages. I looked down at the instrument, noticing that it was rounded and made of polished wood on the western side, and it was a gray metal pole with rounded tabs on the eastern side. The pole was about a deci in diameter. “Who remembers cheafos?”, the man said as he turned back around. The man to the east of me laughed at the joke. He and the man with the instrument continued talking, and i stood in the center of the room. I was very interested in the instrument.
Someone mentioned the town Wayland. The name sounded very familiar, and i thought that it might be a town in Alaska. I thought about this, trying to remember where i had heard the name of the town before. It seemed so familiar that i thought that it might be special in some way. I wondered if it was spelled “Wheyland”, making a reference to someplace that produces whey. I thought that it would have to be in a place that produces a lot of dairy. I tried to think of where that would be. I thought of Wisconsin. I then thought that “Wayland, Texas” sounded familiar, and i wondered if the town was in Texas. I thought about this, trying to figure it out.
I stood to the north of the small house in the suburban area. The house seemed a little like $P19. The land around the house seemed to be covered with bare dirt. I thought that i would have to get to the event at the house. The area around the house seemed dug up, and a small cane was to the west of me. The others seemed to be to the southwest of me, heading for the house, which was about fifty meters to the south of me. I thought that i could use the crane to get to the house. The main part of the crane seemed to be only a meter and a half tall, and it seemed like a yellow box. The long metal arm extended to the northwest. I watched the crane as it rotated to the south and then to the southwest, stopping at a set of gray metal stairs that seemed to extend from the second level of the house. The stairs had four or five steps that led up to a metal catwalk. The floor of the catwalk seemed to be a grating, and it led to the southeast, toward the center of the second floor of the house. As the crane stopped at the bottom of the steps, which seemed to be two or three meters up in the air, i saw myself step onto the metal stairs to the catwalk. I was watching myself from above. I looked up at the house, which now seemed like an open space with vertical beams and no walls. Something seemed wrong about this. I thought that this was not working well as a way to get to the house. I thought that i would not be able to cross to the right part of the house from here. I looked down at the metal box of the crane below me. It was now a small box, only about a meter and a half long and about a half meter tall. It sat in a recessed rectangular patch of dirt to the north of the eastern end of the house. I decided that it would not work to get me to the house, and i thought that i should pack it up and take it back. The arm seemed smaller now as well. It was only about two decis tall and a little over a deci thick. A thick black power cable ran from the eastern side of the box, meandering to east, where it was plugged in to a small gray box on the side of a wooden utility pole. I moved to the box, wondering how i could unhook the cable. People were then to the south of me, talking about something. They seemed to watch me for a moment. I continued to pack up the crane, but as i turned back to the west, i could see that the small crane had already been covered with a pale-blue plastic blanket. I was not sure what to do.
I stood on the northeastern side of the college lecture room. The wooden seats faced west, down the slope of the room. I was talking to some people near me. One of the people near me mentioned $A808. I turned to see him standing near the southwestern corner of the room, along the southern wall. He had entered the room through a doorway in the western end of the southern wall. He stood against the wall, slouching slightly as he looked to the west, and the lecturer. He wore an olive-green jacket with a matching hat. I told the other that he was usually late, but i then thought that he always came in for the lecture. I felt that i missed several lectures.

I was running to the north, through the forested area with the others. We seemed to be running a race, but i was starting to feel tired. I was not exhausted from running; i just felt worn down. I talked with the other person, who was running along with me, to the east of me. We talked about running, and he asked if i wanted to continue on the run. He seemed to be getting bored with the race, and he seemed to know that i was starting to feel fatigued. I did not want to stop running, so i told him that i would finish the run and end in the field to the north of us. I started moving my arms up and down in front of me as though pulling on something overhead. The motion helped me move more quickly down the dirt path that we were running on. I seemed to be exerting some effort to pull my arms down, but it seemed to be working to speed me up. I could feel the fatigue increase in my body, but i was determined to finish the race. I reached came to a small grassy clearing where a sign was standing in the middle, just to the south of an old abandoned car. The sign said that the cup was on the other side of the car. I was surprised that the cup would still be there. I thought that the other runners before me should have taken it. I then wondered if i was really the first person here. The car was facing west, and i jumped over the hood of the car and landed to the north of the car, between the car and another car that was parked to the north. To my disappointment, there was no cup between the cars. I then looked up to see $A351 come around the eastern side of the car and stop between the two cars. He looked down at the ground for the cup. I then looked to the north, noticing a large metal drinking mug, which was shaped like a small stein. It was on the northern side of the car to the north of me. I realized that the cup that we were looking for was actually to the north of both cars. I tried to jump over the other car, but $A351 reached the mug before i did. He picked it up, and i felt disappointed. He then said that it was my mug, indicating that i had reached the cars first. I was not sure that i should take it, though. Something seemed strange about me taking it when he had grabbed it first. The others moved around the small room that we were now in. I was now on the western side of the room, where the cars were parked, facing the western wall. In the center of the northern side of the room, several awards were lined up on a low shelf or table. They were to the northeast of me. The cup seemed to be one of the awards, but i was not sure that i should take it, even though i was the first person to reach this point. I did not think that i was actually the first, so it seemed strange that i should take the award. $A351 then clarified, saying that the second mug was actually mine. He seemed to be telling me that i did not get here first, but i did get here in time to get a mug. I had simply not gotten it yet. I felt unsure. Something seemed strange about this situation.

I was in the middle of the house, doing something. I stood near the western wall of the large room, which seemed to be on the eastern side of the house. It seemed like the room ran the full width of the house, form north to south. I spoke to the other person as we walked to the south. We needed to get something done, and i felt a little anxious about it. The other person seemed to be $F4, and i had to get something for him. On the southern end of the room, we turned to the west, where a table or shelf seemed to be against the western wall. I was trying to show $F4 where things were in the house. I move a little more to the south, looking at the furnishings in the room. I realized that the food had not been put out for the event. I wondered where it was. It should have been out. I tried to move around the southern end of the room to see if the food was on different end tables in the room, but the other people were crowding the room, blocking my view. I could not quite see where things were in the room, and i started to feel frustrated. I thought that i needed to get some food for $F4. Annoyed, i turned to the east and walked into the kitchen. A counter ran along the southern wall of the room, and a large tray of food was on the surface. The tray seemed to have burritos that had been wrapped in small bags. I knew that they had been opened and cooked previously and were now put back into the bag for serving. I moved some of the burritos around on the tray, trying to decide which i should give to $F4.
We came to the edge of the small room from the west. Two men were in the room, fixing things around the room. The room seemed to be the back room of my parents’ farmhouse, and it was under construction. I turned to the west, looking at the small wooden deck that looked out over the back yard of the house. The house ran to the east and south of the small yard outside the deck, but a rectangular area of ground under the deck was bare dirt. It seemed to run about three meters to the west and was about five meters wide. A translucent roof seemed to run over it. I looked down on the ground just to the southwest of me to see a small white box. I knew that the box should control some of the lights that were over the deck and under the roof, but i did not see any wires running out of the box. I wondered if it really was the box that controlled the lights. I moved a little toward it, thinking that it might not be hooked up yet. I noticed a plug in the southern wall of the room. I thought that the extension cord would run from the plug to the box. This did not seem right, though. The box was outside, where it could get wet from rain, and i thought that the electric components would short out. I crouched down to the east of the box and moved it a little to the west, pushing it under the large white plastic sheeting that was spread over the dirt ground. I put the box on the dirt, but i had trouble pulling the plastic sheeting over it. Some of the electric cables from the box were catching on the edges of the plastic. The other man with me moved to the north of me to help. He grabbed a corner of the plastic sheet and pulled it over the orange cord that ran from the box. I then turned to the southeast to plug the box in. I seemed to be in a basement room under the house now. The floor was cement, and the walls seemed to be made of brick. The basement ran under the western and northern wings of the house. The western end of the northern wing of the basement seemed to be open to the west, and it seemed to come out under the deck. The dirt ground under the plastic sloped upward from the edge of the house. The western wall was not in the way of me seeing the dirt slope, but i knew that i would not be able to walk through it. I would have to feed the wires through the small rectangular window that was high on the southern side of the western wall of the room. The cables would have to run under the plastic sheeting outside and up the slope. I thought that it would be hard to get through the window to fix the wires that seemed to be in a grid across the patch of dirt ground. I thought that there must be larger openings to get to the plastic-covered slope, and i asked the man where they could be. He said that there were no other openings. I would have to crawl though the small window, which had a white plastic frame. I felt annoyed. I had tools in my hand to work on the electric, and i arranged them near the window so that i could easily grab them after i had crawled through the window. I felt annoyed as i looked at the tools for a moment, trying to figure out if i had everything i needed. I did not want to have to crawl back into the basement to get something else. The man moved to the east of me as i thought about what i had to do. I then turned to the north, thinking that i would now have to cross the river that ran from the east across the suburban area. It seemed gray and damp outside. As i moved toward the edge of the river, i realized that the water was moving faster than it had been before, and the water seemed to have rough waves in it. I thought that it would be difficult to get the ferry across it. I saw many boats floating down the river, to the west. I wondered how i was going to get across the river. A yellow boat then came from the east. It passed me, bouncing on the rolling rapids. As it came to the northwest of me, it rolled over to the north. I felt suddenly concerned. The yellow boat seemed to be sealed on all sides, with no open deck. I thought that it was an emergency boat, so it should be safe for it to roll over. I then noticed the paddler to the west of the boat. The paddler was in a small red raft, and i thought that he would not have been allowed on the water when it was this rough. I thought that the emergency boat might have been trying to arrest him. The yellow boat then came out of the water just to the northeast of the raft, and it rolled onto the edge of the raft. This did not seem safe, and i felt concerned that the yellow boat would sink the raft and both boats would be lost.
I headed to the east, across the stone floor of the old building. I was dragging the suitcase behind me I seemed to be in a hallway on the southern side of the building, but the wall to the north of me was open to a square interior room of the building. The room seemed to have a very high ceiling. Stone columns seemed to be in a row on the eastern side of the room, separating the lower section in the center of the room from a colonnade to the east. I dragged the suitcase to the southeast, stepping up the low wide steps that ascended to the south along the southern wall. The case was heavy, and i dragged it with difficulty. I felt annoyed at something as i pulled it. I was then walking up a steep hill on a dirt path, which ascended the hill to the southeast. I thought that i could cut to the north to get to my parents’ house. I stopped, feeling frustrated with the suitcase. A man was then with me, and he helped me to drag the bag to the grassy area, which seemed to be at the top of the hill. A person passed to the south of us and headed to the east, walking up the dirt path that ascended the short steep slope. $F71 and i seemed to be on a flat grassy area to the east of the slope, which was only about a meter tall. A small wooden shed was to the northeast of us, on the southwestern corner of a rectangular lot, which seemed to be paved with asphalt. We had been working on the paved area and had been taking something from the shed. Some other workers seemed to be on the lot, to the north of the shed. I looked up the dirt path that the man had followed, and i thought that he would have to cross back to the north to get to the lot, where we had been working. I remembered following this path before, and i thought that it would lead us to the shed. I stepped up the dirt slope to the south of the western end of the lot and looked at the path. The dirt path rose up the hill to the east and then turned northeast to slope back down to the lot. A matted area of grass seemed to continue to the east-southeast along the top of the hill. The grassy hill to the south of the lot was about a meter and a half above the level of the lot. Some small bushes grew along the top of the hill. I looked at the path, which reach the lot just to the east of the small shed. I realized that this was not the way that we had come from before. Something seemed incorrect about this, but i could not figure out how we had reached the lot before. I did not remember descending into the lot like this, but i remembered that we had come out close to the shed before. I was aware of the other workers standing along the northern side of the lot as i stood, trying to figure out the area. The sky to the northeast of us seemed blue, with only a few puffy white clouds.

I moved to the east across the small gravel parking lot, feeling good. It was early in the morning, and i had just woken up. The tent was to the west of me, and my father was still asleep in it. The sun had not yet come up, but i could see in the dim early twilight. I thought that i should not go far, but i wanted to look around the area while everything was quiet. It seemed that no other people were in this area. I moved to the northeast, looking at the entrance to the lot, which ran north from the eastern end of the northern side of the lot. As i move inline with the drive, i could see the pale-blue skyglow over the reeds and weeds of the swampy area. The swamp was across the main road, to the north. Something about this area seemed very nice. I wondered again if i should be wandering far from the tent, but i ran down the drive and across the road, stopping on the shoulder. I could see the silhouette of pine trees on the opposite side of the swamp. The air felt very fresh here. I was then aware of a car coming from the east. I turned to head back into the driveway, but the car’s lights came over the low hill to the east and shined down the road at me. I could not see the road to the south of me in the bright lights. I stepped across the road anyway, thinking that i would eventually be able to see the gravel of the entryway to the parking lot once the car’s lights passed low enough to hit the ground. As i walked, i was aware that i was barefoot on the packed-dirt road. The dirt of the road felt sandy. I moved through the darkness until i could see faint brown patches of the entryway in the car’s lights. I then continued jogging up the drive and into the parking lot. I could hear the car slowing down behind me, as it got ready to turn into the parking lot. I turned to the southeast at the entrance to the lot to get out of the car’s way. I then continued jogging in a wide arc, circling around the edges of the small lot as the car pulled in and turned to the west. As i stared circling to the northwest on the western side of the lot, i could see the orange tent that we had been sleeping in. Others now seemed to be moving around to the southwest of where i was. I stopped to the west of a small white building, which now seemed to be on the southern side of the western edge of the lot. The one-level cement building seemed like a motel. I stood just to the north of the tent as i talked to the man to the west of me. We talked about the campground. He seemed to be $A782, and we talked about the campground. We came here annually. He seemed happy to have us here, and i talked to him about what we would be doing to clean up the place. I moved to the north of the tent, which now seemed like a large trash bin with a geometrically domed lid. $A782 stood to the south of the bin as we spoke. He smiled as we chatted. As he was talking, i noticed a small plastic tube on the top of the garbage can. It was about a half centimeter wide and four or five centimeters long. It contained a clear liquid. I realized that someone must have left it on the garbage can, and i felt annoyed. I reached for it with my left hand, thinking that it was a medical sample. I was going to throw it out, and i mentioned it to $A782. Before i picked it up, i noticed the thin tub coming out of the northeastern end. The tub still had red blood in it. I felt annoyed and tossed it into the trash bin through the western opening. I continued talking to $A782.

I sat on the northern side of the couch, which was on the eastern end of the room, facing east. $F71 was sitting to the south of me. I had my right hand on my right thigh, and $F71 was holding my right hand with his left. He leaned toward me, resting his head on my shoulder. I felt affectionate toward him, but i felt a little nervous. The room was long east to west, and it seemed to have several rows of couches down the length of the room, all facing east. I thought that this place was like a nursing home, and i wondered if the people here would be upset that $F71 was holding my hand in such an affectionate way. I felt nervous about the situation, but i did not move. A woman was standing to the south of us, and she stared at us. She leaned forward, scowling as she complained about us being together. I felt annoyed with this situation. The woman then accosted $F71, trying to grab him. He stood up and grabbed the woman by the hair, pulling her to the southeast. I felt concerned, thinking that $F71 should not have been so rough with one of the women here. It seemed out of place, and i hoped that he did not get in trouble for his actions. $F71 should not have been fighting the woman at all; it would look bad to the people who ran this place. I got up to leave, rounding the northern end of the couch to start walking to the west. A boy was standing to the southwest of me, just behind the couch. He glared angrily at me and then started yelling at me. I ignored him and started walking to the west. I could hear the young man start after me, and then i felt him spit on my back. I felt angry, and i turned back to him and pushed him backward. He stumbled and fell to the ground. I felt awkward for being so aggressive, and i thought that i should not have pushed the man. I then thought that i was annoyed for $F71 for doing something similar to what i had just done. It seemed ironic. I walked out of the door in the center of the western wall, but as soon as i stepped out of the room, i realized that i had left my shirt on the couch. Annoyed, i turned around and walked back down the northern side of the room to the eastern end. As i reached the eastern end of the room, i saw the boy with a girl at the front of the room. They stared at me as i stopped near the couch i had been sitting on. I stopped just to the northwest of the couch, remembering that i had not left my shirt on this couch. I turned around and headed back to the west. My shirt was on the westernmost couch, sitting on the cushion on the northern end of the sofa. I picked up the pale button-up shirt and the string of wooden beads that i had been wearing. I rounded the northwestern corner of the couch and headed to the southwest, toward the door in the western wall.
I was on the sidewalk on the eastern side of the street with some of the others, and we were talking. We were in the middle of an urban area, with small apartment buildings on the sides of the street. My mother was to the southeast of me, and she told me to take a picture of the red car. She seemed to be interested in it. I was facing south, looking down the street. I did not see a red car near us, but i could hear the red car coming up the street from the south of us. I then saw the red sports car parked on the street just to the east of me. It was on the eastern half of the street, facing northeast. I looked at the car, wondering how i could get a picture of it. It was dark, so i would have to hold the phone very carefully to get a longer exposure. I felt nervous, thinking that i might not do a good job.

I was talking to the other person about something, and it felt good to be talking to them. The person was to the northwest of me as we started walking to the east, down the corridor. The walls of the corridor seemed plain and white, and we were walking near the northern wall, which was reflective. As we walked, i noticed my reflection in the glossy surface of the wall. I realized that i was actually the other person, and i was looking at myself. This seemed very interesting. I thought that i could change my appearance in this construct, and i felt amused by the idea. I watched myself for a moment as we walked. I was now the other person, and i was watching myself as i became a woman. At the eastern end of the hall, we turned to the north, rounding the eastern end of the wall. We then started heading back to the west along the northern side of the wall. The man was walking to the southeast of me now, and i was floating down the corridor. I had long light-brown hair that seemed wavy, sticking out from the sides of my head. I thought that there was something special in this ability to become someone else, and i thought that there was something special about the woman. I continued to watch myself as the woman in the reflection of the wall. We then came to a section of the wall where a support or break in the surface of the wall formed a gap in the reflective surface. I watched the woman walked past the edge of the reflection and reappear in the next panel. The woman in the next panel had darker skin, though. I looked at the features, thinking that the woman was Hispanic or American. I thought that it was important for the woman to represent a minority image. It would help accomplish something.
I was talking to the person to the west of me. The conversation seemed to have something to do with my grandmother, and i thought that the conversation was special. I tried to focus on the details, thinking that i should remember them. My mother seemed to be to the south of us. The man to the west of me said that they would be going to the catechism. I felt excited about this, thinking that we would need to go to another country for this. The man said that they would be going to Brazil. I looked at the man, and he did not seem to be Brazilian. His features seemed Indian. He was thin, with a square face and short dark hair. I stared at him as he looked back at me. Something about him seemed special.
12023 March 10
I was talking to someone on the sidewalk on the northern side of the street, which seemed like Tower Road, just to the north of Mudd Hall. I was facing west, and i felt that something special was happening. I was not sure what it was, though. I started to move to the west. I was holding a small animal under my right arm as i approached the southern side of a building to the northwest of me. The cat in my arms suddenly seemed excited, and it jumped out of my arms and ran to the north. I felt worried about it and started after it. It ran about ten meters north, stopping near another cat. The cat i had been carrying seemed to have short hair and was dark. It yelled at the black long-haired cat that was crouched on the ground to the northeast of it. I could tell that they were not interested in fighting, but they were staring at each other. I felt concerned, thinking that i could not let the cat get out.
12023 March 11
I was standing on the dirt road that ran east to west through the rural area. This place felt like North Point near my grandfather’s cottage. The cottage seemed to be just to the northeast of me, and another brown wooden cottage was to the northwest of me. The dirt road seemed to end about twenty meters to the west of me on a north to south dirt road. The area around us was covered with green forests. I realized that i no longer belonged in this place. My grandfather had sold his cottage a long time ago, and this small encampment was a private area. I turned to the west, noticing a few people walking north on the other road. They looked at me as they walked past the intersection and headed north. I felt awkward. A woman was then to the northeast of me, and she asked me where Asbury Road was. I turned to her in surprise. I then stopped and tried to think of where i was. I was fairly sure that neither of the two roads here was named Asbury. I then remembered that a dirt lane ran to the south from somewhere just to the east of me. It ran between the cottages on the southern side of the street. I wondered if it might be the road that the woman was asking about. I told the woman that i was not sure where the road was, but i suggested that it could be the one to the south of us. I moved to the southeast of the woman as i told her this. Others were now close to the west of me, and i felt uncomfortable. I did not want them to know that i did not belong here. I started walking to the east. An older woman walked to the south of me, following me closely. I felt nervous. She seemed interested in me, but she made me feel awkward. I thought that she was old enough to have lived here when my grandfather lived here. I wondered if she remembered me. I stopped and tried to talk to her, asking her some questions. She moved close to me as i spoke, and she leaned forward to kiss me. I felt uncomfortable, and i stopped her. I then turned to the north and walked into the cottage. I was in a room on the northwestern side of the house. People were gathered here for a party, but something seemed to be wrong with one of the men in the room. He was to the north of me, near the northeastern corner of the room, just to the south of a wood stove. He was hunched over, and he seemed gelatinous. I wondered if it had something to do with the tree that i had seen earlier. It had also seemed gelatinous. I looked to the northwest at the tree, but it was not there anymore. Brown syrup was on the ground instead. I thought that the tree had fallen down, and the trunk was on the round, running to the north from the puddle of brown goo. I looked closely at the tree. The bark of the tree seemed stiff, but i was easily able to lift small sections of it, and i could see a gooey material underneath. The syrup-like substance was running across the wooden floor to the southeast. I felt concerned, and i wondered how we could help the man.
I looked up to the south, suddenly. I was in the room of a house, and i could see out the window to the south. A white car was parked outside the window, facing east. It had its lights on, and it seemed to be waiting. I knew that it must be $A14. He had come to my house, but he had not told me that he was coming here. I wondered if something was wrong. I stood up, thinking that i should hurry outside to see what is wrong. I walked to the northeast, across the huge room. This seemed strange, and i stopped as i neared the northeastern corner. I could not get out of the room this way, and i felt foolish for walking in this direction. I headed southeast, toward the door i the southern end of the eastern wall. I opened the door, seeing $A14 outside. Something seemed wrong with him. He looked at me and started to move toward me, but he suddenly passed out. I rushed to him and crouched down to the west of him. He looked bruised on his right eye, and i felt worried, wondering what i should do. It was cold outside, and the ground was covered with snow. I grabbed him and tried to drag him inside, out of the cold and snow. I dragged him in the door and then headed to the north to get my cell phone. I wanted to call emergency.
12023 March 13
I was sitting on the eastern side of the table in the small room, and the man was sitting across the table, to the west of me. He had a round face, and he seemed very familiar. His hair thin hair was fuzzy on the top of his head. I remembered him from somewhere, and i thought that i had seen him in another dream. I felt very interested in him, thinking that it was interesting that he had returned to a different dream. I had started to get up, but i sat back down. I asked the man some questions, but he did not seem to answer. I asked him who he is. I studied his face, fascinated by something about him. He had rounded features, and i focused on them, trying to remember the exact shapes.

The person to the northwest of me was talking about the silver. I looked to the northeast to see the small rock-like thing on the surface. The rock looked like volcanic rock, but it was pale gray with greenish flecks in it. I thought that the people would be able extract the silver from the rock. I thought that they might have to melt the rock. Something about this concept seemed important, and i felt that it was important to get the silver for some specific reason. I then noticed the other object on the table to the north of me. The man to the southwest of me had put it on the table so that i could see it. It looked like the shell casing of a shotgun. It was yellow and roughly cylindrical, with a small metal part at the bottom. I felt confused as i moved close and looked it over. It seemed to be mostly plastic, with a copper section. It had no silver in it, so i did not think that we could extract silver from it. I picked it up and rolled it in my hands. It seemed to be made of a melted plastic or rubber. The sides had oddly shaped indents where the object had been melted. I did not understand why it was here. I knew that we could not use it as silver, but i then wondered if we could take any of the metal components from it. I thought that the plastic material would melt long before the metals, so it would be hard to extract just the metals that we were looking for. I thought about this, but i was not sure what the metals would be used for if they were not silver.

I was riding on the back of the old wooden wagon as it traveled to the east, across the grassy field. I could not see what was pulling the wagon, but it seemed to be horses, even thought the tires seemed to be rubber and the frame modern metal. Others were in the wagon with me, and we talked about something as we traveled. I sat on the northern side of the eastern end of the wagon, and it then seemed that we were traveling west. I talked to the person to the south of me. As we chatted, i looked over the back of the wagon to see the two tire tracks under us. We were rolling down a narrow dirt road that was nothing more than two worn tire tracks. Tall green weeds grew on either side of the path, creating a recessed area in the vegetation. I swayed slowly with the motion of the wagon. Something about this scene made me think that this was near the end of the story. This did not seem correct, though. It was appropriate for the wagon to be rolling through the country field on a sunny day for the end of the story, but i thought that there was something else happening. I turned to the west and started talking to the other man about the experiments. The man said that a man was being tested. I turned to the north to see a window in the white northern wall of the room. It was a little bit wider than tall, and i could see a man sitting on the other side of the glass behind the window. He stared blankly out to the southwest. I thought that he was being exposed to the woman, who was standing to the southwest of the window. The woman was the wife of the man, so i thought that they were expecting a reaction form the man when he saw the woman, but he continued to stare blankly. I felt sorry for the man. I moved a little to the west, noticing now that the northern wall was actually the southern wall of a wide cylindrical chamber. The chamber rotated slowly clockwise, or just the outer wall rotated, leaving the man stationery. I could not tell if the man was turning or if the window was just passing in front of him. I was standing on a wide circular platform that ran around the base of the chamber. We seemed to be in a much larger room with pale-gray walls. I was moving relative to the man, but the window was moving separately from me. The woman was sitting in a chair to the west of the chamber, but she did not seem to be moving. She wore a black and white speckled wool coat. She was in view of the man now, and she seemed disheartened. She complained about something, and i knew that she was doing it just to see if the man would respond to the statement. I could not understand what she had said, though, because she was speaking a foreign language. I had known what she would say, though. The man passed around the western side of the chamber, out of the woman’s view, and she seemed disappointed. She sat slouched in the chair, with her hands in her lap. She had been looking down, but she glanced up at the man just before he passed around the side of the chamber to see if he had any reaction. He had not reacted at all. She seemed to sign, and she sat still in the chair, waiting for the chamber to spin around again so that she could make another attempt to contact the man. I could not see the man, but i thought that he had shifted position slightly as soon as he was out of sight of the woman. I wondered if his reaction to the woman was just delayed. I felt hopeful that she could reach the man, and i hoped that he would respond soon.

I had come from the north, and i ran down the western side of the building, through an outdoor corridor. I stopped about four meters to the south of the southwestern corner of the wooden house when i heard the sound of a car engine starting. I felt concerned, thinking that someone was trying to steal one of the cars from the house. I looked back to the north. The corridor was between the wooden house and the bare-wood fence. The corridor was about three and a half meters wide. The wooden fence was made of vertical planks of wood, with thin pieces of wood covering the seams of the wider boards. A roof seemed to join the house to the corridor. I had come into the corridor through a doorway that was in the western wall of the hall. The door was still ajar, because $F43 had been following me, and i expected her to come through the door at any minute. The wooden door was multipaneled and seemed maroon. I realized that the cars would be in an open room to the east of the door, and i worried that the person stealing the cars might try to assault $F43. I crouched down among the plants that were in the garden that i was standing in the southern side of. The garden seemed round, forming a low mound. Dry grasses grew just to the north of me. I had to do something about the man stealing the cars. I saw $F43 step into the doorway and stop. I worried that the man would point a gun at her. I grabbed one of the rocks from the garden in my left hand. I thought that the man would drive the car down the corridor, heading toward me. I could throw the rock at the windshield and break the windshield. That could prevent the man from stealing the car. Something seemed awkward with this idea. I picked up the rock, thinking about how i could stop the man in the car. I then worried about the gun that the man had, and i thought about $F43 again. Something seemed out of place. I moved to the northeast and entered the doorway in the eastern end of the southern side of the house. The doorway led to a long flight of stairs that ascended to the north. I ran up the stairs, thinking that the man was after me. It was dark in the house, but i did not turn any of the lights on. On the second floor, i was in the middle of the room, which seemed to be an attic room on the eastern side of the house. A table or counter seemed to run along the eastern wall. I threw something to the north, at the top of the stairs, which now ascended from the west along the northern wall of the house. A wooden bannister with thin balusters ran along the outside of the stairwell. What i had thrown had affected the man, and he retreated back down the stairs. He then threw something up the stairs that flashed. I quickly turned to the south and crouched down. When i turned back to the north, i could see something flashing near the top of the stairs. The bluish light blinked on the top step. It seemed to be something small. I thought that the man was trying to illuminate the room so that he could see where i was. The room had been dark before, which is why he could not see me throwing something at him. I moved toward the blinking light, worried that the man would come up the stairs. I imagined that he would have a flashlight. With it, he would be able to block my vision with bright light. The man was then at the top of the stairs. I thought that i could throw something at him again, but i remembered that he had a gun. Something seemed out of place here. I knew that he would shoot me. He seemed to be shooting at me, but i was not getting hit. This did not make sense. I moved to the northeast, coming to the northeastern corner of the attic space. It was dark, and the man was somewhere to the east of me. I sat down on a bench or bed that was along the northern end of the western wall. Light came into the room from a doorway to the south, which seemed to be halfway across the room. The doorway faced south, to the top of a long flight of stairs. I pulled my knees up to my chest as i sat on the bench, facing southeast. I would have to attack the man in some way, but i was not sure how. I thought about throwing something at him, but i knew that it would not be any good against his gun. The man came through the doorway to the east of me and turned to the south, heading for the stairs. I watched him as he stepped through the doorway to the south. As he reached the top step, i shouted a noise at him. I thought about pushing the man down the steps, but i was happy that he jumped forward, startled by the sound. The sound of the voice seemed strange to me, though. It did not quite seem like my voice. Something about it sounded like someone else. I thought about this as i watched the man take a step back from the stairs. He had stepped to the southeast, out of my view around the doorway, but he backed up, his shoulder high as he forced a sigh to relax himself.
I stood with the other students to the south of the large bus, which was facing east. $F4 was standing in the line with me. We were queuing to get onto the bus so that we could head for a class trip. As we headed for the door in the eastern end of the southern side of the bus, i worried that the bus might be full. I hoped that we would be able to get on. The students around me were not really in a line. They formed an elongated mass that ran to the doorway on the eastern end of the bus. I then noticed one man who was standing to the east of me. He looked like $A162 or $A231. He seemed very familiar, and he wore a green wool uniform coat, which came down to his upper thighs. Something about him drew my attention. I continued moving with the others onto the bus. The bus had rows of chairs that faced north. The room seemed to be more like a narrow lecture hall, with the seats rising to the south. I sat down in one of the front rows with $F4. He sat to the east of me. As i sat down, i suddenly realized that $F4 had a small red luggage bag with him. I felt upset when i realized that i did not have mine with me. I had forgotten the bag. I thought that i would have to go back for it, but i did not think that i had time. I knew that the class would be gone for two days, so i would need the clothing and other things that were in my bag. I mentioned this to $F4 as i complained about forgetting the bag. $F4 added that we would also be gone two nights. He sat on the riser, facing north as i stood in the aisle between the seats. I was to the west of him. I felt uncertain of what i should do. I knew that i would not be able to stay on the bus and go on the trip. I had to get my bag. However, i knew that i would miss the bus if i went back for my bag. I nervously moved down the aisle to the north. A woman was standing at the front of the room, watching people come in the door in the northern end of the eastern wall. I walked up to her and asked her when the bus was leaving. She told me the time and then turned back to the others. I backed up to the south a little, looking at the watch that was on my right wrist. The bus would be leaving in only fifteen minutes. I told the woman, who seemed to be wearing a gray skirt and matching coat, that i had forgotten my bag. She did not seem concerned, but i was still very upset. I left to the east and started riding my bicycle to the south. I felt very upset as i pedaled, thinking that i would miss the trip. I traveled down the long straight road, which passed between two fields of green cut lawns. I was not sure what to do. The road seemed more like a drive, with no shoulders or lines. An intersection was about a hundred meters to the south of me. As i approached it, i noticed a group of people marching toward me. They were wearing olive-green pants and dress coats of the same color. They seemed to be part of a band, and i thought that they were part of CBA. They seemed to be celebrating something. I passed to the west of them as i approached the intersection. I noticed another group of people coming from the east. I would have to turn to the east to get where i was going, and i felt annoyed that i would be delayed by the people marching down the street. After i made the turn, the people were surrounding me, and i had to move slowly through the crowd. The people were mostly dressed in orange colors. As i passed to the north of a man, he turned to face me and touched me on the side of my torso. He placed his hand on my right ribs and pet my right armpit and lat. I felt annoyed that he had been so inconsiderate, and i moved away from him. I thought about what he had done, and it seemed suddenly very strange. I continued biking to the east, but then i was in a room, talking to a man to the west of me. The room seemed small, but i could not see the outer walls. The light in the room illuminated the center of the room, where the man and i were, but i could not clearly see the walls. A buzzing noise repeated a few times. I looked around, not sure what it was. I asked the man what it was. Something seemed wrong. I turned to the south, seeing the back of a small house. A light on the western end of the northern side of the house was blinking, and i thought that it might be an alarm. I looked at a large glass door in the western half of the northern wall of the building. I could see a few people in the room inside, and they seemed to be doing something to the east of them. One of the men was wearing a black hoodie and gray shorts, and he turned to the west to leave. I told the man with me that the man in the black hoodie must be a thief in the house. I walked to the west, trying to see where the man would come out of the house. I was now in the backyard of my grandmother’s house. As i passed the western edge of the house, i could see the man walking to the west down the sidewalk to the south of the house. He disappeared behind the house to the west of my grandmother’s. As i looked to the west, i could see that the other house was on the corner of the block. A street ran north to sound along the side of the other house. I moved toward the street, wondering where the man was headed. I thought that he would cross the street to the south of me, at the intersection, where i could get a better look at him as he crossed the open street. As i reached the sidewalk on the eastern side of the street, though, something changed. I saw the man pass to the west from the corner of the sidewalk to the north of me, but i thought that the man had actually gone to the north, passing me on the sidewalk that i was on. I had not been here to see him, though, but i remembered seeing him pass me. Something seemed inconsistent, and i felt curious and nervous. The other person to the east of me asked about the man, and i told him that i did not see the man. I turned to the north to follow the man. I was now on Grippen Avenue, which sloped down to the north. I started flying down the street, over the eastern sidewalk. The intersection of the street was not far ahead of me, and i could see the park across the intersection, to the north of me. The park was on a grassy hill that sloped gently down to the northeast. It was on the northeastern corner of the intersection, and it had a low chain-link fence around it. I then spotted the man on the western side of the park. He had entered the southern end of the park from the west, and he walked with determination to the center of the grassy lawn. He stopped near another person, and they stood close, as if conferring. I thought that they were plotting something. I flew toward them, thinking that i should stay high so that they would not notice me. I then realized that several black power lines ran along the western and southern edges of the park, and i would have to be careful of them. The tall wooden poles had three lines on the upper halfs of the poles, one above the other. A separate set of lines ran on crossbars from the tops of the poles. I passed under the power lines, flying lower over the trees and the tennis courts, which were now in the southwestern part of the park. It was darker outside now, as though the sun had set. A small building was on the northern side of the eastern end of the tennis courts. It seemed to have brown wooden walls and a white metal roof. I could see the people moving under the trees below me as i passed over the courts and headed toward the building. A woman was talking on the courts to a man to the southeast of her. She seemed to be dressed in a tennis skirt and a white blouse. She glanced up at me as i passed over, and i felt a little nervous about being seen. I flew over the building and across the grassy lawn in the center of the park. Several men were sunning themselves in an area in the northeastern part of the park. They seemed to be lying on wooden picnic tables. They had nice builds and seemed rather attractive. I looked to the northwest, where the tree cover was thicker, and i could see a few people doing something. I could not see the man in the hoodie, though. I felt a little frustrated, and i wondered where he had gone. I was now flying rather low, and i was near where the men were sunning. A shirtless man waved at me, smiling. I moved toward him and greeted him, feeling attracted to him. I walked up to him as if i knew him and hugged him hello, but as soon as i hugged him, it felt awkward, because i knew that i did know him. I let him go and took a step back. He continued to smile at me, but i felt out of place here. He seemed to know me, but i did not know him, even though i was going through the motions of someone familiar with him. He was shirtless, and his upper body was very detailed, though he seemed skinny. He said something to me, and i responded, petting him on the left chest jokingly. I felt awkward doing this as well, and i realized that he also seemed uncomfortable. Something seemed strange about this situation, so i let him go and moved to the northwest. Other men were in the room with me now. I felt uncomfortable because of the interaction i had had with the man. I talked to the woman to the east of me, thinking about the man with the hoodie. I wondered where he had gone. I headed to the northeast, toward the door in the northern end of the eastern wall. As i stepped outside the room, i was on the street to the east of the park. Apartments or houses were on the eastern side of the street. A very skinny tan cat was on the sidewalk near me. It looked up at me and moved toward me hesitantly. I told someone that it was an anorexic cat as i bent over to pet its head. The cat seemed happy, and it closed its eyes in contentment. It seemed very docile as i pet the top of its head.

I drove to the east, down the country road. I was heading back to Etna. The road had very tight corners, and the land around was rolling but relatively flat. I was traveling rather quickly down the road, but i felt a little uncomfortable with the speed. As i passed around a tight corner, which curved to the southwest, i became nervous, and i stopped the car. The land on both sides of the road had drying grass, and apartment buildings were to the north. Everything looked somewhat rundown, even the land. This was a place that i used to drive to quite a bit, but i had forgotten the details of the place. I could not quite tell where i was. I turned to the north around another corner and then i was heading to the west again. I walked across the living room of the apartment, which also seemed rundown. The walls were simple and cheaply constructed, and the furnishings all seemed old and worn. Something about the place seemed rustic, though, and i felt good here in my apartment. I had come home to do something here, and it felt as though i had not been here in quite a while. I turned to the east and headed back down the road, which passed to the south of a large building. The road passed under a roof, which was supported on both sides by a colonnade. The road seemed to run down the center of the corridor, where the walls were made of stone. I was on the southern side of the road, and i stopped in the middle of the colonnade and turned to the north. I had to look both ways for cars before crossing the street. Students walked back and forth down the roads, and i suddenly felt out of place here. I was much older than the students, and i did not feel comfortable around them anymore. I crossed between two round marble-like columns on the northern side of the street and passed into a small courtyard. Students were passing in all directions, coming from the large stone buildings on the sides of the courtyard. The dark cobblestones of the courtyard ground sloped down slightly to the north. I turned to the east in the courtyard, thinking that i had to head to a building to the east.
I was in the dining room of my grandmother’s house, talking with my relatives. I was on the northern end of the eastern side of the room, and i started walking to the southwest, across the room. As i passed the eastern side of the round wooden dining-room table, i tripped over something on the floor. I caught my balance and turned to look down to the northwest of me. $K4 was lying on the floor with his head to the north. He was wrapped in a white synthetic-wool blanket. I thought that he had been sick, so he had been lying on the floor. I apologized for tripping over him. $K3 was sitting in a chair to the southeast of me, on the eastern side of the kitchen. I headed to the southwest, into the northern end of the living room. As i entered, my father mentioned something that i should do. He was sitting to the south, in the next room. I stopped in the middle of the northern side of the living room and looked at the wooden cabinet on the eastern wall. It seemed fairly interesting, with etched wood on the front. Something about the cabinet seemed special, and i tried to remember it. It seemed like a clock, with a central column under the round face, and it had two columns of drawers on the sides of the central section. I liked the way it looked, and i told my mother, who seemed to be in the room to the southwest of me, that the clock looked nice. My father was still to the southeast of me, in the chair that was against the eastern wall.

I moved to the north, to the back of the room, which seemed to be the interior of a bus. The bus was heading south, and it was rather wide and had no seats. I was aware of some people to the south of me, and i focused on a man and a woman who were standing near the door on the southwestern side of the bus. I felt interested in the man, but i did not want to say anything to him. The woman stood close to him, talking to him. I looked up at the pale-blue metal ceiling and started wiping it with the cloth that i had in my hands. I thought that i should clean the ceiling of the bus. I had thought that i would only clean the back section of the ceiling, but after i had finished wiping it with the damp cloth, i thought that i could clean other parts as well. The ceiling had low wide ridges that arced across it. I moved to the south, to the next ridge and stared wiping it from the west to the east. As i reached the eastern side, i found myself standing very close to the woman who had been talking with the man. I said hello to her as she smiled widely at me. I felt a little uncomfortable being so close to her, but i felt interested in talking to both her and the man. I backed away a little, saying that i had to clean the rest of the roof. I moved to the south, to the next ridge and started wiping that from east to west. As i reached the western side, i found myself standing very close to the young man. He too smiled widely at me as i said hello. I felt attracted to him, and i stood and tried to talk for a moment, but i was not sure what i should do.
The woman on the western side of the white waiting room asked me about the young girl. I stood up from the seat, which was against the eastern wall, and took a few steps forward. I had taken the young girl to this hospital, and i was waiting for her. A second young girl had been sitting to the south of me in one of the white fiberglass chairs. The woman at the reception desk to the west referred to the sick girl as “Teste” or “Tetua”. I paused for a moment. I knew that she was talking about the girl that i had brought in, but the name was not correct. The girl should have been “Momo”. I glanced back at the girl i had been sitting with, purling my brow in question. The girl did not seem to know the answer. I thought that the girl we had brought could have told the people at the hospital a different name that we had known her as. The woman at the desk asked if the girl she had mentioned was correct. I shrugged and said that she probably was. I then stepped to the west, now in a hospital room. The girl seemed to be in a bed that was against the northern wall. I started picking up some of the things in the room and packing them in bag, which was on a low table in the northwestern corner of the room, just to the west of the bed. I felt a little uncomfortable here. I then realized that a small breathing machine was sitting on the table to the east of the bed. I thought that i should pack it up before the hospital decided to say that it was theirs. I knew that i had brought it with me to this place. I took the small box with the tube and face mask and tried to stuff it into the duffle bag that was on the table to the west of me. I could see a tube and breathing mask already in the bag, and i thought that i had to get the equipment out of view so the hospital people did not try to take it from me.
I sat up and looked at my left thigh. Something was itching near the upper thigh, and i thought that i was a pimple or ingrown hair. I felt the area, noticing a small bump. When i looked at the skin, i could see a small red bump on the surface of my skin. Thinking that the bump was a clogged pore, i squeezed the sides of the pore, trying to bring the oil to the surface. The red bump bulged, and i noticed small black strands near the surface. The strand looked strange, and i thought that it looked like a caterpillar. I squeezed the skin around the red spot until the area bulged out. I then grabbed the black areas and pulled them out of my skin. I realized that it was an insect that had crawled into my skin. This seemed strange, but i thought that it must have burrowed into my skin. I pinched the gray caterpillar, which looked like a tent caterpillar, and dropped it on the skin of my leg to the left of the red area. The caterpillar still seemed to be alive, even though i had crushed its body when i pulled it from my skin. It was gray and furry. I felt annoyed and wondered if there were more in the wound. I pinched the skin again and looked back at the red area. There did seem to be more caterpillars in the red swollen area. I felt annoyed, thinking that i would have to get all of them out of my skin. I then wondered how there could be so many caterpillars in my skin. It seemed that the skin was very thin above the muscle of the leg, so there should not have been enough room for the caterpillars to nest. If the muscle tissue had been damaged, i should have felt more discomfort when i flexed the muscle. This did not make sense.

The man woke up suddenly. He was in the small compartment with the woman. They had run away from the bag guys and were hiding in the small white compartment. They had been there a while, and he must have fallen asleep. He was siting with his feet to the west of him, facing the western end of the compartment. The woman had been sitting behind him, with her feet toward him. She had been leaning on his back, but when he jerked awake, she slid back to the eastern end of the white box. The man looked to the north, into the camera. He had wavy blond hair and thick lips. He was thin, and he and the woman were heroes in the story. I remembered that the story had left off with the man and woman hiding in this space at the end of the last episode. The story was now continuing where they both realized that something was happening inside the container that might threaten them. The man asked what was happening. Thin blue dots of light started forming along the walls of the container, which seemed to be about a meter square in cross section and about two meters long. The small dots of static formed as the sound of electricity could be heard. The dots accelerated to the west. They had hidden in a compartment that was now being flooded with electric current. The view panned to the east, showing the detail of the eastern wall. A square inset was in the center of the wall, and it had a round raised section that had a horizontal slit in it. The slit was about a deci wide and about two centimeters tall. I thought that it was the projecting area for the electric charge. I worried about the man and woman, wondering how they would escape the device. My view then moved to the room to the east of the container. The room seemed to be a laboratory. The man and woman were part of a group of special young people. They had special abilities that the bad guys were trying to capture. Another man and woman were hiding in a small compartment to the southeast of me. It seemed to be off the southern end of the eastern side of the room. I pictured both the man and woman with dark black hair and wearing dark clothing. They were still inside the box, and i remembered them hiding in that space during the last episode as well. I wondered how they would get out. I knew that the heroes would all eventually have to get back together. I stood on the southern side of the room, to the east of a counter. A woman was working in the room to the east of me. She wore a white lab coat, and i knew that she was running experiments. I felt worried about the man and woman in box with the white interior to the west. I stood near the counter as the laboratory woman moved around to the east of me. I was aware of the thick black cloak that was draped over my head and shoulders. I knew that it was just a disguise for me, but the laboratory woman would think that i belonged here. I stood still as she moved around. I then heard the sound of machinery to the west of me. I turned to look at the large dull black box, which i knew the man and woman were still inside. The laboratory woman had started an experiment that would pass charge through the box. I was worried about the man and woman inside the box, but i was not sure what to do. I knew that they would get out, but i still felt concerned for their safety. It seemed part of the plot. The laboratory woman moved to the south of me, and the pitch of the machine started to rise. She had turned on the apparatus to give it full charge. I wanted to tell her to stop so that she did not hurt the man and woman, but i could not. I felt very concerned now, and i moved toward the eastern end of the box, which seemed to be on a counter or platform. An image appeared on the small screen to the northeast of me. The laboratory woman was preoccupied with something on the counter on the eastern wall, so she did not hurry to look at the image, which was an image from the charged chamber. I could see most of a pelvic bone on the left side of the screen, with a spine rising from the center. I knew that it was from the people inside. I had to get the woman’s attention so that she could stop the experiment more quickly. I said “It’s a hip.” and referred to the screen. The woman moved to the east of me and looked at the screen. The image had shifted a little. The coccyx was pronounced in the center of the pelvis, but something was under it. I thought that the other bones must be from the woman’s feet. I tried to describe the bones as if i were surprised to see human bones in the machine. The woman expanded the picture a little, zooming out so that we could see the full spine from the pelvis and a second set of legs and pelvis on the right, behind the first set. The woman gasped in surprise and quickly moved to the east to turn off the experiment. Others were now on the northern side of the room, and they started toward us to see what was happening. I turned to the west. The chamber was now open, and i moved to the opening. The woman seemed fully conscious, and she backed to the east. She said that the she was okay, but the man was numb. I moved to the north of the man. He was lying down. His feet appeared to be in the western wall of the small box. He turned his head to me, smiling and dazed. He said “I’m numb.” Some people started pulling on his shoulders to get him out of the box. I pulled on his right shoulder to get him to the entrance of the box. I then realized that we would have to pull him out and carry him down the two or three steps that led down from the mouth of the box. I thought that i would simply carry him. Something felt right about this. I felt strongly that i wanted to carry him. I thought some of the others might object, but i knew that i could simply pick him up in my arms and carry him to the east. I thought that i could say it would be easier to negotiate the stairs if i was simply carrying him rather than having multiple people trying to support him. As i started to turn him to the east, another man was to the south of me. He grabbed the dazed man from the others side, saying he would carry him. I felt a little disappointed, but i realized that the second man was the one from the other box. He had short dark hair and a young sharp face. He and the blond man had been good friends, so it made sense that he would feel an attachment to the blond man. They had both been on the same sports team, and i realized that they were very close friends. The other man was the one who was supposed to carry the blond man. I backed to the north, now out of the container. Others were on the southeastern side of the lab. I thought that both of the hero women, the one from the white box and the one from the black box, were with the laboratory woman and the two young men. I then noticed a woman entering the room from the northern end of the eastern wall. She walked in jerky steps. She shifted her weight quickly from one foot to the next but stopped once on the new foot. She was short and rounded. I could not see her face under the black cloak she wore, but i knew that she was the East Asian woman who was one of the heroes. Several people followed her into the room, all walking with the same jerky gait. Her special power had something to do with the supernatural, and i felt interested in her. She turned her head to the northwest, and i could see that she wore a long black bill that ran from her forehead for most of a meter, rising up and ending with a boxy shape across the end. The boxy shape had white lines around the corners. The woman turned her head in the same jerky motions as how she walked. I said asked her something, but she did not seem to notice the question. I felt awed by her, and i crouched down in front of her to get her attention. She seemed upset that she had not been with the others. I seemed strongly interested in the spiritual woman, and i wondered how the rest of the story would bring her together with her teammates. I knew that they would all have to be reunited to defeat the bad guys.

I looked at the houses on the northern side of the road, to the northwest of me as i traveled west. I knew that the shapes were houses, but they did not look real. They seemed like thin boxes that were standing on one of the thin edges. The sky seemed to be pale yellow, and the boxes were different shades of dull pastels. A man was to the south of me, and we seemed to be in a car that was traveling west, but we were not moving relative to the boxes. They seemed closely spaced, with the western-most ends of the boxes sticking out beyond the others. Something seemed strange about this, and i mentioned this to the other person.
We drove to the west, into the small town. I remembered how the town had looked like thin boxes, but the houses now looked like small simple buildings. I watched the small white houses on the northern side of the road. They looked like houses from the early part of the 1900s. The man to the south of me said something about the book, and he showed me the book. I turned to the south to face the white counter. The man was now to the east of the counter, and i looked at the magazine, which was about a deci and a half by two decis. It seemed like and old issue of Life. The cover was worn, and it had a mostly white image. The image was mottled with streaks of brown or black that formed a tight dry-dirt-like pattern. I saw something near the top of the cover that seemed to indicate where i should look in the book for what the man had been talking about. It seemed like something interested, and i thought that the man would think he was showing me something special. I turned a few pages in. The right-hand page seemed tan, and it was covered with a picture. I read something on the page, and i realized that it was not what i was supposed to be looking at. I flipped back to the cover to see that the number at the top was twenty-one. I mentioned to the man that i should have turned to page twenty-one. I turned to the page and read something. I could not see the text, but the page seemed to be mostly an image. It had something to do with ancient religions. I was interested in the article. I read only a little before i started flipping forward and backward to look at the images. I flipped forward and noticed an old etching of a cathedral with tall thin steeples on the front. The steeples seemed to have cloisters running up the corners of the peaked roof. I then flipped back, noticing a drawing of a man standing in a room. I thought that it was a chapel in a cathedral. The man was facing right, with his left hand pointing up and to the right. He wore pale pants and a dark waistcoat with tails. His hair and mustache seemed to be in a style of the 1800s. I knew that the image was showing detail of the paintings on the ceiling. I said this to the man and i looked more closely at the image. The decorations of the ceiling seemed to form patches over the man’s head. I realized that the center of the ceiling was drawn in a roughly round shape, and the four corners were drawn in areas with arched tops and flat bottoms. The other areas of the ceiling were not drawn, making the five areas seem to float over the man’s head. The blank areas looked like openings in the ceiling. I told the man that these pictures were nice. I wondered what the drawings on the ceiling were. They seemed to have some religious or spiritual significance.
I moved with the others to the west along the northern side of the room. We seemed to be at a conference, and we were now in the cafeteria, getting lunch. I looked at the table to the west. A man was serving small slabs of meat from a chaffing dish. He picked one up and put it on someone’s plate. A second person then came from the west, to the north of the first man. He held out a short pointed metal pole that had thin slices of meat wrapped around the point on the end. The meat seemed to be toasted. I thought that this was a crisp meat that people liked to eat. I wondered if they were serving it to add flavor to the regular slices of red meat. As i neared, i noticed that there were only a few slabs of meat in the chaffing dish, and the man in the white smock, who was sitting to the west of the chaffing dish, was flipping them over with a fork. I said something to the person in the queue to the north of me, thinking about the dried meat that was on the skewer. As i moved to the west of the chaffing dish, i realized that it was now empty. I asked the man if there was more meat, but he shrugged and said that they were out of meat. He seemed indifferent and unconcerned that some people had not yet eaten. I felt disappointed and a little upset. I stood near the dishes, wondering what we were going to do for food.
I had been with the others, who seemed like $G3. They were gathered around the eastern side of the pool. A set of white benches rose in risers to the east, and some of the people seemed to be sitting in them. I was standing on the ground, near the northern end of the stands. I spoke to someone who was to the south of me. She was talking about leaving the area. I thought that the others were getting ready to leave as well. A few people were still in the pool, mostly to the southwest of me. The woman moved from the west and stopped to the south of me. She had an oval face and straight thin blond hair. She mentioned that i had said that i was going to give her a ride. I felt a little uncomfortable. I did not remember telling her that i would give her a ride. I asked her about it, trying to find out when i had said it. She wore loosely fitting clothing, and she stood with a slight hunch. As we started walking to the south, with her to the west of me, i thought that i should probably give her a ride. She had not told me when i had promised her a ride, but i thought that it was not that far out of the way to drop her off. I still felt confused, though. As we walked, i realized that two police officers were walking toward us from the southeast. They were looking to the north of us and seemed to be heading to where the others were standing near the bleachers. I realized that the people in the stands were fraternity members, and they had been drinking. I felt disappointed, wondering if the police would catch the undergraduates with alcohol. I felt worried about the undergraduates. As we passed the police officers, a man was to the south of me. He seemed concerned about the police, and he turned to tell me that there were bottles of alcohol on the tables to the southeast. I kicked his leg to try to get him to stop, but he mentioned them, and i realized that the officers had heard. I was disappointed that the others would get in trouble. I could see the small patio area that was under the metal structure. The structure seemed like it had vines growing up and over it. A black metal table was in the center of the gazebo-like area, and i knew that it was where the bottles of beer had been left. I felt sad that the undergraduates had gotten in trouble. It seemed that they had been doing well for a very long time.

I was walking to the east with the man, down the wide sidewalk. We were talking as we walked. The buildings around us seemed like apartments, and they were all modern, but the wide sidewalk between them seemed like The Commons. The buildings were all tan and pale-brown and all seemed to be made of the same gritty brick or block materials. I looked down the corridor to the east, noticing that no one was in sight. This seemed strange. Usually, the outside area had at least a few people walking in it. The man walked to the north of me, and he commented on how strange the street looked when it was empty. He seemed to be uncomfortable that no one was around. I said that the street seemed eerie. It was a bright day, and it seemed like winter, because i could see to trees with leafs. An opening in the buildings was to the north of us now, and i knew that the opening led into the main corridor of the outdoor area. We had been walking down a side pedestrianway to the south of the main one. I headed to the north, into the main pedestrianway. The court seemed to end only a little way to the west of us, but it ran quite a way to the east. I started moving more quickly, hoping to get to an area where people were. The man with me started dancing as we came into the other corridor. His movements seemed strange, though. I thought that he was mimicking a specific dark-skinned man, and i wondered why he was mocking the man. I felt a little uncomfortable around him as he danced. I started to fly, still heading a little to the north. A set of pale-yellow stone stairs descended to the north of us, dropping to a slightly lower level of the pedestrianway. I flew over them and headed east, coming into the large room of the building, which i thought was on the southern side of the pedestrian way. The building seemed like an old theater or like Grand Central Station. I was flying around the northern side of the great hall. The pale yellow ceiling was very high, and i flew up toward it, swooping around the room from west to south and then back east. I was aware of a few others in the room, and i realized that they might not be comfortable with someone who could fly in the room. I worried that they might report me and try to have me captured. I wondered if i would be able to escape to the south in the building. I decided that i would not easily be able to get away from people within the building, so i thought that i should leave. I headed to the north, swooping down to the lower level so that i could leave. The other man was still with me, and i thought that i could fly with him around the larger cathedrals. They would be easier to escape if someone came for us. As i passed out the door to the north, i told the man that we should fly around the cathedrals. I stopped just outside, realizing that several old churches were around this area. I pictured a tall gray one to the west, on the southern side of the pedestrianway. It had tall thin steeples with steep spires on top. I knew that another was on the southern side of the area to the east. I had not told the man which cathedral we would fly around. I stopped to wait for him. I closed my eyes as i floated over the sidewalk outside the large building i had been in. I had my arms out slightly at my sides, and i focused on floating. I started to rotate counterclockwise so that i turned from north to face west. I knew that the rotation was a natural part of hovering, but i could look around to see where the cathedrals were around me. The sky seemed to be dusk now. I focused, but my eyes were still closed. I soon wondered how high i was from the ground. I thought that i must have lifted up as i hovered. I opened my eyes, surprised to see that it was now dark out. More time had passed than i had experienced. I was standing in a pedestrianway, but it was not the same one i had been in. Something had changed, and i felt confused and concerned. Looking around, i noticed two women to the east of me. They seemed surprised by my presence. I felt nervous, wondering what i should do.
I got out of me car, which was parked to the west of me, facing south. The sky seemed dim, and dark storm clouds ran across the northern half of the sky. I thought that the storm was coming in our direction, and i wonder if i could get to the gym before the rain started. I pictured the gym as a small modern building in the middle of a parking lot. I knew that it was a way to the northeast of me, though. I seemed to be on a college campus, but i was in a grassy park. This was the golf course on the northeastern side of the campus. The area was narrow north to south. I looked to the east, seeing the rolling hills with tall patches of grass here and there. I could not see the clubhouse, but i knew that it was on the eastern side of a street, which ran along the eastern end of the golf course. I thought that the road ran just past the third rise to the east. The first two were short mounds in a larger slope that rose to the east. I felt a little disappointed, thinking that i could have parked closer to the gym. It was a weekend now, so the parking lot of the campus could have been open. I headed to the northeast, hoping to get to the gym before the rain started.

I was in the restaurant with my parents, but the room did not seem to have any walls around it. The room was filled with round tables. I was sitting on the northeastern side of one of the tables, my mother was to the south of me, and my father was to the southwest. Other people were at the southern side of the table. As we sat, something seemed awkward, and i was not entirely comfortable here. We left the room, heading south. I thought that i would have to drive to somewhere, and it seemed like a log trip. I felt a little discouraged to make the trip. My car was parked to the southeast of me, facing south-southwest. It was a large car, with tall fender fins, like a car from the 1950s. It was aqua in color and seemed relatively well maintained. I opened the driver’s door of the car, and i replied to my parents, who were on the other side of the car. I talked to them through the open car. I moved into the back seat of the car, which seemed very small. It did not seem right for me to be in the back seat, and i asked my parents who was driving the car. I felt very tired, so i thought that i should not be driving. I then thought that we would be able to switch drivers at some point during the long trip. I would be long enough that i could sleep now and have time to drive later.
I ran up the old wooden stairs in the house, ascending to the west. The stairs did not go straight up but had several landings that turned one way or the others. The flights of stairs seemed very long all together. I was carrying a small bag in my right had. I thought that i should put the empty paper bag in the recycle bin. As i climbed the stairs, i noticed several other paper bags on some of the steps. I walked past the other bags, not wanting to pick them up. When i reached the top of the stairs, i realized that i still had the paper bag in my hand. I was supposed to drop it in the recycle bin. The small paper bag was filled with shredded pieces of paper. I felt annoyed that i had forgotten to put it in the bin, so i tossed the bag of paper back down the stairs, thinking that it could sit on the stairs with the other bags. The shredded paper from the bag scattered and spread out over the stairs. I was annoyed that the bag had come open, and i did not want to pick up all the paper. I felt frustrated, and i decided that it was okay to leave the paper on the stairs, because it was confetti. Discouraged, i turned to the west and joined the others in the room of the house.

I was with others, practicing a play. We had gathered in a small area, which seemed to have creamy-peach-colored walls. I faced north, looking at the booklet in my hand. I felt nervous about the play, thinking that i would have to do a lot of studying to get ready for the performance. This seemed like the first rehearsal, though. $F42 was standing to the east of me, and $A461 seemed to be to the northwest. The latter walked east, talking to some of the others. The rehearsal was over, and people were leaving. I spoke to $F42 about the play. I pictured the theater to the northeast, with the large domed room and a stage on the northwestern side. I felt nervous about performing there. Something did not seem right. I stated to wonder if we would be reading from our scripts as we were doing the play. That would make it easier to remember the lines if it were a staged reading. $F42 then started talking about he rehearsals, mentioning that the first rehearsal was on June 6. This surprised me, and i felt concerned. I flipped through the pages of a small pocket calendar that i had with me. It was past June 6, and i had to back up several pages in the calendar to see where June 6 was. I felt upset, realizing that the first rehearsal had happened about a month ago and that i had missed most of the rehearsals for the play. I wondered how i would be able to do the show when i was so far behind everyone else. I flipped forward through the small book, trying to find out how much time i had until the performances. Near the end of the book, the pages were filled with pictures. I glanced over them quickly but did not pay much attention to them. I was worried about how i would do the show. As i flipped through the pages of the calendar, i realized that the range of dates in the calendar was related to the range of dates that were posted on the wall to the north of me. The entire wall seemed to be covered with large squares that represented dates. I felt a little confused. It seemed like there were many dates, and i did not know where we were in the schedule. I moved to the east as i tried to think about this. I then wiped something on the metal surface that was to the south of me. I seemed to be applying a thick wax to the outside of a car, which seemed to be in the center of the room that i was now in. I wiped the wax with the large cloth in my right hand. I felt frustrated, and i wanted to finish what i was doing so that i could continue on. I looked at the metal surface, noticing that the wax had left linear streaks on the metal. I felt annoyed, and i tried to get them out, but every time i wiped the surface, the cloth would still leave small streaks in the wax. I hoped that the woman would not notice. She seemed to be the owner of the car. I felt disappointed, though, because i thought that it looked bad. I tried to rum out the streaks with my hand, but they only became less apparent. The woman was then to the east of me. She looked over the car quickly and told me that i had done a nice job. She then paid me twenty-two dollars and walked back to the east. I felt a little relieved that i would not have to continue work on the car, but i kept wiping the surface to the south of me to make it look better. I started moving around the room, wiping the cream-colored walls on the southern side of the room. I moved to the east as i wiped them down. The room was clear of furnishings, and the walls seemed new. I knew that this area of the building had been renovated. The eastern wall had arch-shaped designs on it in a darker tan color, and the floor under the wall was covered with plaster dust from the construction workers. I would have to wipe down all of the walls to get the dust off. I thought about cleaning the wall to the east, heading north. I then glanced to the north, noticing two large openings in the northern wall. The openings led out into a wide corridor beyond. The corridor seemed like part of a public space, like a mall or station. This room seemed like the atrium to Mudd Hall. The corridor was also under construction, but i thought that i did not have to clean it. I would only have to take care of the room for now.
12023 March 26
I walked with the other person to the west, down the northern sidewalk of the urban street. It was dark out, but the street was well lighted. We had come from an event with many other people. I turned to the north, heading up a flight of stairs and into an apartment building. The room was small and simply furnished. The walls seemed old and seemed to be made of plaster. I thought that this apartment might belong to $A589. I paced around, feeling a little nervous. Couches and chairs were lined up against the northern and eastern walls of the room. The couch on the eastern end of the northern wall was covered with tattered and faded-black fake leather. I thought that i wanted to play a guitar. I felt anxious. I noticed two guitars in the northeastern corner of the room, standing in floor racks. I moved to the center of the room, picking up a small guitar, which seemed more like a ukulele. It seemed strange for me to pick up, but i started strumming two chords on it. I looked at the instrument for a moment, noticing something hanging from the lower part of the body of the ukulele. I played the two chords that i could remember on a ukulele. Both were fingered on the second fret, and it seemed that i was pressing both of the inside strings and then switching to pressing both of the outer strings. I played the chords back and forth, thinking that the song sounded a little like “Horse with No Name”. Others were then in the room with me, and some of them started talking. I said something about the instrument that i was playing, saying that it was a seven-string instrument. I realized that this was wrong, and i rephrased it, saying that it was a seven-fret instrument, meaning that the seventh fret was the same note as the next higher string. The man to the east of me then said that it was a fifth-fret instrument. I told the man that it was seven, but i realized that a ukulele was actually a fifth-fret instrument. I felt confused as i looked at the strings. I was fingering chords for a seventh-fret instrument, and the music sounded correct, but i knew that this instrument should be a fifth-fret instrument and that it should be tuned like the four upper strings of a guitar. The man then stated what i was thinking, saying that the strings were tuned like the four upper strings of a guitar. I started playing the same song again as i headed to the south. I started singing the lyrics to “Horse with No Name” as i descended the stairs to the south. At the bottom of the stairs, i noticed an opening in the eastern wall of the corridor. I put the ukulele back into the hole, standing it up as though it were in a display case. I had to look for something. I turned to the east and headed back to the street that i had been on. I had to get something, but i was not quite sure what. I felt that i had left something undone. People were sitting in a diner on the eastern end of the street. I could see through the large window of the diner, and i noticed a table of people sitting just inside. I had seen the group of people as i walked down the street earlier. I remembered passing by them. I focused on a man who was sitting on the southern side of the round table. Something about him drew my attention. He was sitting sideway in his chair, facing west. He had shoulder-length thick black hair, and he was staring at me as i approached the diner. He seemed very familiar, and i thought that i remembered him from the diner. I stopped by the table, thinking that i knew the rest of the people here. I was not quite sure from where, though. A tall woman was sitting on the northern side of the table. She had a boxy face and short blond hair. She looked at me as though expecting something. I realized that i knew all of the people here, and i said that i did not recognize them at first. I knew now that they were theater people.

I chatted with the others as we walked to the west on the narrow dirt road. We approached the other road, which ran to the north and south. I knew that we had to head to the north, but i did not think that we would be able to drive our car to the north on the narrow road ahead of us. The road ahead seemed to be packed gravel. Our cars seemed to be parked just around the corner to the south. I thought that we would have to drive the cars to the south to get to the next east-to-west road and head west. We would then take the next road to the north. As we turned to the south at the intersection, however, i noticed the paved road to west of us. It seemed to be only about ten meters to the west of us. Two tire ruts were worn into the ground, running from the intersection where we were and curving to the northwest before they met the other road. I pointed them out to the man to the north of me, and i wondered if we could just drive the car to this intersection and drive over the dirt path to the next road. It would save us from having to drive all the way around to the south. The road to the north of the intersection seemed to end within a few meters. It was nothing more than a dirt turnaround. To the south, a chain-link fence seemed to run along the eastern side of the road, surrounding a small building, which seemed like a portable research building. The building was white. Our car was parked on the eastern side of the road, facing north. I started to get into the car as the others came from the north toward me. I then noticed two wolfs walking from the southwest. They walked to the edge of the road and then turned toward us. Their heads were low, as though they were stalking, and i realized that they might be dangerous. I turned to the north to warn the others, who were walking on the western side of the road. I turned back to the west to look for the wolfs. They were now coming from the northwest. A few cars were parked on the western side of the road, and they passed behind them. The ditch on the western side of the road was deep, so i could not see where the wolfs had gone as they passed behind the car. On the other side of the ditch, to the west, the land rose back to the level of the road. The ground was covered with tan dry grass and weeds. A tall chain-link fence ran along the western edge of the ditch, separating a yard around a white trailer building from the road. I turned to the north. The man who had been walking with me had continued walking past the car. He was $A36, and he was now walking to the north on the western side of the road, about fifteen meters away from me. I yelled at him, warning him about the wolfs. I felt nervous. I looked back for the wolfs. I could see their ears moving above the level of the road as they walked south in the ditch. They turned onto the road to the southwest of me and started toward us. I yelled to the others that we had to watch out. I quickly got in my car and pulled the driver’s door closed behind me.
I stood on the northern side of the small bedroom. A bed was to the south of me, on the southern wall. I held up a pale-green dress, looking at it. The dress was long, and it had no sleeves. The fabric seemed to be synthetic and light with several layers. The upper part of the dress seemed to have brass-colored straps across it in diagonal ties, and thin purple pieces of thin fabric seemed to be wrapped over the shoulders and down the front. Something about the dress seemed familiar. My mother was to the west of me, and she seemed excited about the dress. It seemed that the dress was mine, but i thought it strange that my mother would be interested in it. My mother then referred to the other things on the bed. I looked at the bed to see that other green articles of clothing were folded neatly on the white bedspread. They were other pieces that went with the dress. My mother had bought them for me. I felt awkward, and i told my mother that i did not need her to buy me things. I felt uncomfortable having her buy me things to go with a green dress. I had worn the dress for a green-dress run, but i did not need anything else that was related to the dress. I worried that my mother thought that i was trying to dress up in stylish dresses.

I was sitting on the southern side of the rectangular table. Others were sitting around the table with me, and they were talking about something. I felt out of place here. I knew that i had come here from a different time line. I sat for a moment, listening to the others at the table talk. A woman was sitting at the western end of the table, and she had a small piece of paper in her hand. She unfolded the paper, describing to the others that she had been given an e-mail address. She seemed amused by it. I realized that this was the early 1990s. E-mail was a new thing, and the woman was showing off the address as if it were a big deal. She seemed uncertain what she would do with the address, though. She talked about it with a woman on the northern side of the table. I wondered if i should tell them that i was from the future. I leaned toward the woman to the northwest, and i told her that the e-mail address was something special. I told her that it would be a big thing someday. She seemed excited by the idea, and her smile widened.
12023 March 30
Someone to the west of me said something, and i acknowledge. I had to hurry to get to someplace. I moved to the north, back into the small room. I would have to take a shower before i left. I hurriedly arranged some of the things to the north of me, trying to figure out what i needed. A white towel was hanging over a rack to the north of me. I grabbed it with my right hand and squeezed it between my fingers. It was still wet, because i had just taken a shower. I thought that i would have to use it again for this shower. It would not dry me off as much, but it would dry me off enough that i could get dressed. I thought about this as i got more of my things together. I stepped back out into the hall to the south and then headed to the west, into the shower room. I entered a hallway with stalls on both sides. I had taken a shower in the first stall on the northern side, which now seemed to contain a white porcelain claw-foot bathtub. A white plastic curtain was hanging around the tub, and the water of the shower, which was on the western wall of the stall, was running. I realized that someone else must be getting ready to take a shower in the stall. I then noticed a man standing just to the west of the entrance to the stall. He looked at me hesitantly. I felt disappointed, thinking that i would have to use another stall. I thought about the smaller shower stall on the southern side of the hallway.

I moved around in the rooms on the eastern side of the area. The area to the west of me seemed open. I seemed to have something that i needed to do in the rooms, and i felt intent on doing them. I was aware of the others to the east of me. I was now standing outside the door of the room, and i walked to the north, along the eastern wall of the room, to the next door. I then turned to the south and walked back. I felt that i should be doing something. The people to the west of me then drew my attention. They seemed like $G4, and i had been attending an event with them in this campground. People were gathered in the rectangular grassy area around me, getting ready to do things. Most of them seemed to be on the southern side of the area. I moved to he east along the southern side of the area, looking at the small groups of people to the south of me. I realized that the people had broken into smaller groups to play games and do other activities. I realized that i was not part of any of the groups, and i wondered what i should do. I did not feel like i should take part in any of the activities, but i felt disappointed that i was not part of any of the groups. I headed east, wondering what i should do. I then turned to the southeast, noticing the round wooden pavilion. Someone had invited me there, and i felt interested in it. $A36 seemed to be in the pavilion now. The round wooden structure was about five meters in diameter and about seven meters tall. It had a domed roof. It had multiple flat sides and vertical details that extended over the dome on top. The wood on the walls was a mixture of dark and light wood. It seemed nicely carved with designs. As i approached the northwestern side of the structure, i noticed that the wood covered the ground around the structure, extending about a meter from the outer wall. The outer wall seemed to be over a deci thick. It had tall narrow windows with arched tops in each panel. I could see $A36 through one of the windows, standing on the western side of the interior of the pavilion. He glanced up at me as he did something on a surface to the west of him. I moved toward the structure, noticing that the interior had multiple levels, and that i seemed to be below the main floor of the inside. $A36 had asked me to come in, though, so i stepped up onto a surface and pulled myself through one of the windows. I commented on how nice the lodge was. It seemed larger on the inside. The round room opened up to the east of me, and the pale polished wooden floor seemed very nice. $A36 agreed on how nicely the building was built. I admired the intricate detail, though i did not really notice any in the smooth wood, which seemed like polished and shellacked sections of a wide tree trunk. I spoke to $A36 as i looked around the room. I then noticed the round terrace to the southeast. It was gray, and a narrow walkway ran from the western side of it, curving to the northwest. I remembered the overlook before, and i hurried down the walkway and came onto the round platform. The platform was about seven meters in diameter, and the railing was about two-thirds of meter tall. The railing was a solid wall that extended a little more than a meter out from the platform, arcing downward gradually on the inside edge and more steeply on the outside edge. The wall was made of a dark-gray stone. I stared off to the southeast. I could not see anything, but i knew that i was looking out over a long wide gorge. The trees along the top of the gorge seemed green, and the ground seemed dry and sandy. The gorge seemed to run east-southeast from where i was. I said something to someone, and then i turned to the north. A wall of a building was to the west of the platform. The stone building was pale gray. I stood at the northwestern side of the circle, looking over the gorge, which seemed to run to the north of the platform. It ran to the east, and a bridge crossed it. The bridge seemed to be the North Campus bridge. I was interested in the area. I was aware of a dumpster and some metal containers to the north of the gray stone building. They were to the west of me. I was looking at the gorge in the distance though. I was aware that several others were now looking at the gorge to the southeast. A man then grabbed my shoulder and pulled me back to the south. I realized that he had thought that i was standing too close to the edge of the platform. I knew that i would not fall from the platform, and i felt a little annoyed with the man. The man seemed to work in the gray stone building to the west. I thought that the man must be one of the cooks for the cafeteria. I continued to look out over the gorge to the north, fascinated by the area.
