The man asked me to cut the grass on the field, and he motioned to the west. I looked down the long dirt driveway. It had tall thick grass growing on both side of it. The area around us seemed to be part of a golf course, but i could not see any obvious fairways. I pushed the mower to the west, on the northern side of the driveway. I knew that the main road was quite a way to the west. It seemed to run northwest to southeast, and i thought that the driveway turned suddenly to the southwest just before it ran into the main road. I could see the sharp turn a way ahead of me. I watched the mower cut through the heavy pale-green grass on the northern side of the drive. I seemed to be going quite a way from where the man had talked to me. I thought that this might not be correct. I thought that the man had intended me to cut more of the lawn to the east. I thought that open areas were to the north and south of where i was. I continued to push the mower in the direction of the road, though. I reached the spot where the driveway turned sharply to the south to meet the road. I continued to the west, following the edge of the grass. The lawn opened up into a large square space to the northwest of me, but i thought that this spot in the lawn was not what the man wanted cut. I felt confused, not sure what i should do. I thought that i would circle around the edge of tall grass to the west and then come back. Once i started back down the driveway, i could then focus on the area that seemed more logical. I turned around in the square area that was to the northwest of the corner of the driveway. As i turned around, i noticed how thick the grass under the mower was. The grass seemed to be a solid block of vegetation. As the mover moved through it, it formed a sharp vertical line where the grass had been cut. I then realized that the mover was blowing to the north, into the tall grass. This would make it harder for the mower to work, because the grass would not be cleared from the blades as easily. I then realized that it was now hard to push the mower through the grass. I was heading east again, and i looked down at the dense block of grass. The mower now seemed like a saw that was cutting a slice off the block of grass. As i pushed the mower, though, it started to slow down. It was not able to expel grass, so it was stalling from the effort of pushing the grass around under the deck. I pulled back the mower, but it stalled. A piece of wood was now on the ground in front of it, so i picked up the small block of wood and tossed it to the north, out of the way. I was in the large room now, and my father was standing to the southeast of me. I told my father of the trouble i was having with the mower. I then mentioned that i would have to get gas for the mower. I felt frustrated with what i would have to do. I thought that the gas place was quite a way away. A man was then near me. My father had moved to the south. The man was the man who had told me to cut the grass. He was very angry with me, because i had not moved the section of lawn that he wanted. I felt annoyed with him. He moved close to me and angrily scolded me. He had a round chubby face, though his body was not very overweight. He wore an orangish-yellow T-shirt and a pair of blue jeans. He grabbed me by the shoulders as he hollered at me. I did not want to listen to him, and i told him that i did not understand what he was saying. He pointed to the east, indicating the field that he wanted me to cut. I told him that the field was not well defined. I thought that this was all a grassy area, and there was really no distinction of one part of the lawn from another. There was nothing that seemed obviously self-contained. Everything just seemed like small sections here and there. I glanced to the south, noticing that i was to the north of a large playground now. City buildings seemed to be across a street, which ran along the southern side of the playground. The metal playground structures were to the southeast of me, and a small pavilion was to the south of me. The man had disappeared; he seemed to have headed back to the east. I paced around on the cut grass for a moment. A gray cinder running track circled the pavilion. I could see the eastern side of it from where i was standing. The running surface was tipped so that it slanted down toward the pavilion. This would be good for corners, assuming that the runners were moving fast enough. A man in red running shorts and a tank top then ran to the north along the track. He rounded the corner to the northeast of the pavilion. He seemed nicely built, and i thought that he looked nice. He had short wavy blond hair and a rectangular face. He had a tattoo on his right arm, and i recognized it. I had met the man before. I thought that he was from the running club that i had run with. I thought that a race must have been happening today. I moved to the east again, passing beyond the northeastern corner of the pavilion and looking down the length of the track. I could not see any more runners coming. A man in running clothes was then to the southwest of me. He said hello to me. I recognized him, thinking that he was from $G4. He was wearing a blue shell. He had a metal flask with him. He opened it and held it toward me. I knew that he was asking for more alcohol. I poured some of the rum i had into the flask. I then realized that the man would not realize that i had straight alcohol. He would have thought that i was drinking a mixed drink. I turned to the east and walked away. I had to get to somewhere that seemed to be down the city street. I was now walking along the southern side of the narrow alley. I remembered being here before. A gym was on the southern side of the street in an old rundown cement building. I remembered fights taking place in the gym. I wondered if a fight was still happening. I was interested in seeing them, but i knew that i should head to the theater, which was a little farther to the east, on the northern side of the alley. I remembered that $A675 had invited me to the show there. I thought that he had been fighting as part of the show. I wondered if i would be able to get into the fight to see. I thought that the show must have been starting, though, so i was not sure if they would let me in. I turned to the north and headed into a small room of the theater. This seemed like the outside hall. The room had white cement walls, and it seemed dingy and worn. Magazines were scattered on the floor near the eastern wall. The entry door was flush with the eastern wall on the southern end of the room. The room was less than four meters wide, but it ran to the north for a bout seven or eight meters. A corridor ran a short distance along the eastern wall before it turned to the east, heading along the southern side of the theater. I looked through one of the magazines that were on the floor. It had been knocked off of the counter that ran along the eastern wall. The magazine seemed to be a program for the show. I flipped through several of the wrinkled pages of the magazine. I was then aware that this room must be monitored. I looked up to the southeast, looking for a camera in the southwestern corner of the room. It was not obvious, but i knew that it was there. I looked back to the magazine, noticing that some of the pages were torn. I wanted to keep a copy, but i did not want one that had been damaged. I thought that the show must be going on now in the room to the north. I felt disappointed that i would not be able to see the show. It had already started, so i would not be allowed in. I left the building and headed to the east on the street. Someone was then to the south of me, and the person asked me about something. I told the person that i had been in the theater to the south. The young woman said that she and her friend were looking for a show. I thought that they were looking for the theater that would have a play. It would be to the east, on the northern side of the street. The two young women talked about the show. They said that they were in a hurry to get to it. I told them about the theater to the east, but they did not seem to hear me. I continued walking as they hurried to the east of me. I looked at the modern building at the end of the building on the northern side of the street. A white awning extended from the glass door on the southern side of the building, but other things on the street blocked the side of the awning, so i could not see the name of the theater on it. I thought that the theater was not easy to see from this direction, which is why people had a hard time finding it. I thought that the theater should have a sign on the street in front of it. As i walked past the door, i thought that everyone at the show was dressed in costume. This was a celebration of the holiday or festival. As i thought about people dressing up to go see the show, i felt interested in the show. I thought it would b e interesting to go to, and i felt interested in joining them. I did not have a costume, though. I walked to the east, past the building. A parking lot was to the east of the building. As i walked past it, i glanced back at the eastern side of the building. It had a modern glass door as well. I felt sad that i did not join the others in the theater.

I walked down the hallway of the hotel, heading to the east. I had not really been attending the convention in this hotel, but i was here with the other festival goers. I felt as though i had been here a while, and i knew that the festival was ending. I had met a man at this place, and i thought that i had liked talking with him. It was time to leave the festival, though. I then thought that $A682 had also been at this festival. I had not seen him in the hallways, but i though that he might be to the west of me at the moment. I thought about the festival as i came into a room to the east. My mother was to the northeast of me. She had been staying in the hotel as well. I told her that i had to shower so that i could get ready to leave. I then mentioned the East Asian man that i had met. She wanted to know more about him, but i was not sure what to tell her. I did not really know him that well. I left the room, heading up the stairs and turning to the west in the hallway on the fourth floor. I had been staying in a room on the northern side of the hall, which seemed to be the second or third room down the short hallway to the west. I then thought that i had already given up the room, and i wondered if i would still be able to get back into the room to shower. Before i could reach the door to my room, i saw the East Asian man coming down the hall from the west. I told him that i had to clean up before i left, but i mentioned that i was not sure if my room was still open. I thought that i could slip in anyway to shower. The man said that i could use his room, because he still had access to it. He was on his way to checkout, though. I declined his offer, but i felt attracted to him. He had brown skin, and he seemed very attractive. His room was on the northern side of the hall, one room to the east of mine. I still had the entry card for my room. I looked at it in my right hand. As i reached my room, though, i saw that the door was ajar. I thought that the others from my room must have checked out as well. I felt annoyed. I turned back to the east, and i told the man that i could shower downstairs. I walked with the man back into the open room at the western end of the hall, where the elevators were. The two elevators were set into the southern wall of the room. The eastern elevator door opened, and the man started toward them. Three or four other young men were near the elevator, and they started teasing the man. I pushed the man with me into the wall, trying to get him out of the way of the bullies. I thought that it would also make it seem that i was not defending the man, which would distract the bullies long enough for us to get away. One of the bullies was in the elevator with the East Asian man, though. I ignored the others as they taunted the man. I moved into the elevator, pushing the bully out of the elevator. I frowned in annoyance at him, letting him think that i did not want them in my way. I stood in the doorway to block them from coming back in. The door of the elevator closed behind me, and i felt it pinch part of my butt. I moved forward a little, realizing that the tail of my peacoat was caught in the door. Annoyed, i pulled it free. The southern wall of the elevator was glass, and i could see the street below as we descended. On the street below, i headed to the southwest, along the outside of the hotel building. I spoke to the man, who walked to the north of me. I felt sad that i would have to leave this place. I felt that i would miss him. I did not want to go yet, but i knew that i would have to catch my flight. I sat down on the cement ledge that ran along the side of the building, to the north of the sidewalk that we had been on. The man sat to the east of me. He took my hand and held it. I felt uncomfortable like this, knowing that the people in this area were violent and bigoted. I liked the man, though, so i sat for a moment with him. He then had to leave, and he walked back to the northwest. I stood up and headed to the southwest. Someone was with me now, and i told the person about the man. I said that he would be flying out of the area in a small airplane soon, so he had to go. I missed him. I then wondered how i had flown into this area. I thought about my mother in the room of the hotel, and i realized that she was interested in how i felt toward this man. I felt good about that. I continued talking to the other person, who seemed to be to the north of me. Two other people were to the west of us, and i felt a little hesitant of them. The two men then referred to the store, which was to the west. It seemed to be on the southeastern corner of a block. The store was in a plain worn gray cement building. The glass door was on the southern end of the eastern wall, and it was slightly ajar. This seemed strange. I thought that the store should have been closed at this time. Two people then came from the north and turned into the store. I could see them through the glass door, looking at the things on a shelf to the north of them. I thought that the door should be closed and locked, and i thought that we should lock the door to keep others out. The man and woman who had walked in were young, and they wore trench coats. I thought that they were visiting this area as well. I walked into the store with $Z, thinking that we could lock it up. Just inside the door, on the northern side of the aisle was a bass guitar. It looked nice, and i wanted to play it, but i thought that i should not move it. I headed to the west, looking to see if others were in the store. We would have to get them out. I then noticed that a corridor ran to the west from the southern side of the room. It was flush with the southern wall. Two doors on the southern side of the corridor were open, and i could see outside light coming in. I moved into the corridor and looked into the open cement room through the doors. It looked like a garage, and the bay doors to the south were open. This building seemed very insecure. I headed to the southwest, into the large garage room. I thought that we had to close the doors. I pulled down the red metal rolling door that was in the western wall. I then turned back to the southern wall, where two doors were open. I was not sure how to close them, and i thought that the doors were broken. I headed back toward the doorways in the northern wall. A gray rolling door could be pulled down over the doorways, so i pulled down the gray metal door. Before it reached the ground, i tried to sneak back under it so that i would be in the store. As i crawled under the door, though, my shirt got caught on the door. The other person stood to the northeast of me, watching me try to get through the door. Annoyed, i backed up to free my T-shirt. I then head back into the doorway again.

I moved to the east, looking at the tall structure to the east of me as the man to the southwest of me described it. The structure looked like a water tower, but its walls were clear glass, and trees grew inside of it. It was a safe place to grow the plants. The land around us was forest, and we were moving down a strip of land that had been cleared of trees. I could see the northern curve of the clear glass tower to the east of me. The glass was a little foggy on the inside, and a tree grew against the northern glass. The man talked about the building, saying that another man had wanted to build it. We came into the structure, and the man referred to the large ring of blocks that were on the ground. The dark-gray blocks were cement bricks, and they formed a crude circle. The circle was inside a larger structure. I was aware of the wall to the north of me, and i moved toward the workbench that ran along the eastern wall. The building seemed old and worn with age. I continued to look down at the circle as the man to the southwest talked about it. He had stopped on the southern side of the circle as i walked across the center of it. The circle of bricks seemed to be the foundation of the glass tower. As i reached the workbench and turned back to the west, the man described how the builder had wanted to make sure that the foundation was good. From stepping on the blocks, however, i noticed that they were uneven and wobbled. A second layer would have to be built to make it stable, or the tower would not hold. I mentioned something about this. The man said that the building wanted to use the blocks as a foundation for a stand. I realized that they were planning to put a metal platform on the bricks to support the tower. I moved around the northern side of the tower as the man discussed it. I said that the metal platform would have to be more stable than the bricks. I thought that the feet of the platform would have to sit on the bricks. The feet of the platform could be adjusted so that the top of the metal was flat. That would provide a good base for the tower, though i thought that the feet would start to sink into the ground. I turned to the east as the other man said something about the platform. When i turned back, several men were arranging the metal angle braces. The braces looked like sawhorses, but they were made of small rusty girders that had been welded together. The braces ran mostly east to west and were arranged in rows north to south. This seemed to be enough braces to support the weight of the full tank. One of the men in the middle of the braces started pushing some braces roughly to the south, trying to get them spaced more evenly. He used one brace to jostle another into position. Three men seemed to be working on the braces. One of them, the man whom i had been talking to, was still on the southern side of the circle. He seemed to be a friend of mine. I did not want to join the men in working, so i started wandering to the northeast. The river now surrounded us. A narrow channel ran along the northern side of the small island that we were on. The inland was about three meters above the water on tan cliffs. I could then see my friend to the east of me. The land we were on was tall, and he was on a higher section of land. The small rock that he was on seemed to be across the water from me, on a small spur of the mainland that reached to the west along the northern shore. I turned back to the west, noticing a small pound in the rocks on the northwestern side of the island. It seemed very circular, and i thought that it was very deep. It was set into the flat rock that was on the end of the island. I moved toward it. I thought that the water had things in it that we were supposed to use later. I then spoke about the things in the water, not really sure if they were still there. I was hoping that one of the men might confirm that they were there. I moved to the west. I looked back to the east to see the pond of water with my friend on it. It was on the mainland. The workers still seemed to be to the south of me, on the island. I thought that the pond would transfer things to the tank when everything was finished. My friend then yelled. I looked back to the east. He was grimacing as he started crawling out of the water tank. I thought that something in the water must have been biting him. He stepped onto the ground to the southwest of the tank and lifted his leg. He had stepped over the southwestern edge of the rock and was now in the river. I thought that he must not have been seriously injured. He floated in the water, complaining about something. I was now to the west of the workers on the island. My friend was floating in the water just to the east of them.

12019 October 07

I stood on he western side of the large open room, which seemed like a pavilion. Long rectangular tables ran north to south in several rows to the east of me. I had just entered this place, which seemed to belong to $A86. A young girl seemed to be sitting on the eastern side of the one of the tables just to the east of me. She seemed to be in the second row from the west. Someone then entered the room from the southwest. $A86 was then to the east of me. It seemed that he had just entered the room from the east. A young woman was with him. I had not seen him in a very long time, and i felt a little uneasy in his house. His wife had come from the southwest, and she stood to the southwest of him as she said something to him about me. She had introduced me, saying that i had come to visit. She was rather beautiful, with dark skin and short hair that was pulled up, away from her face. They young woman to the north of $A86 was also very attractive, and i thought that she must be his daughter. $A86 glanced up at me, and then looked back down at the table to the west of him. He responded to his wife. I moved forward a little, feeling a little out of place. $A86 said that he had forgotten the rabbit when he went to work. I thought that he was a veterinarian. I felt worried, knowing that the baby rabbit needed to be rescued. $A86 sat down on the eastern side of one of the tables to the southwest of me. He looked at the gray and white plastic cooler bag that was on the table. I thought that he must have kept the baby rabbits in it. He reached for the bag, but then withdrew his hand. He was afraid that the rabbits were dead. We knew that they must have died after all this time. The bag was light gray, with thick white lines running across it at diagonals. The lines turned around each other, and the pattern was no more gray than white. I felt suddenly sad for $A86, and i wanted to comfort him. I moved to the east suddenly but stopped myself. I did not feel comfortable here, so i did not think that i should comfort him. $A86 sat at the table. He looked very mournful. The two women stood at his sides, and they all sadly looked down at the gray case.

I had been eating dinner with $A616 and $A596. I sat on the eastern side of the round table, and they sat at angles to the northwest and southwest of me. I thought that we would be ordering dessert, but it also seemed that we would be leaving. I thought that i should pay for some of the meal. I backed up a little and moved money around in my pocket. I thought that i should pay for the dessert, even though we had not yet ordered it yet. I took some money out of my wallet and put it into the right pocket of my pants. The other two started to leave, and i realized that we would not be ordering dessert. I told them that i would pay for the dessert anyway. I pulled the two bills out of my pocket. I could see that they were both ten-dollar bills. I knew that i made more money that either of them, so i thought that it would be good for me to pay for more of the meal. I turned to move to the east. We were leaving the restaurant, and i told the waiter, who was to the southwest of me, that we would not be eating dessert. As i headed to the east, it then seemed strange that i had paid for the dessert. I looked down at the bill. A man was sitting to the south of me now, showing the bill to me. I was sitting on the seat of the vehicle, facing east. I read over the bill, realizing that the desserts were still on it. I had given the man my credit card to pay for the bill, but i had not yet signed the bill. I felt annoyed that we were charged for the dessert when we did not eat it. I told the man that i did not want to pay for the bill, and i told him to take the dessert off of the check. I then realized that i would have to go back to the restaurant to change the bill. I was sitting on a cushioned seat on the southern side of the bus, which was traveling to the east on the long flat road. We seemed to be heading back to town. I stood up and told the bus driver i would have to get off of the bus. The bus seemed to be heading east along the road from Lansing. I thought that it would turn to the south and head to Ithaca. I got off just before the intersection. I would have to walk back to the restaurant. I then felt upset, thinking that it was a long way to walk. It was also getting late, and i thought that the restaurant would be closing soon. I would have to hurry. I would then have to catch another bus home. I then realized that it would be too late to catch another bus. I would have to walk home. I felt upset, thinking that i would have to walk a very long distance to get back. I was heading west, but i stopped, realizing that i should have taken the bus back to my house. I could then have taken my car back to the restaurant and still have been there in time to pay. I felt annoyed for not realizing this sooner. I thought about where i would have to walk. I would have to turn to the south of the other road, and my house would be somewhere to the southeast. As i turned to the south, i followed the road. I pictured the road heading to the east, and i thought that my house was a very long distance to the north of it. The road to the east seemed to be the highway to Cairo, and i pictured how i would follow the other roads to the north, toward Greenville. It seemed like such a long distance, and i did not want to have to travel the entire way by walking. I felt depressed about the journey. As i walked to the south on the road, i noticed a shop to the west. It had a small gravel parking lot in front of it. The shop was an open pavilion in the front of an old wooden barn. The pavilion was covered with a red roof or tent canopy. I moved toward the store, trying to think of something. The store seemed to be a fruit stand. I wanted to be back on the bus, but i knew that i could not just be there. I wondered what i should do. I was then sitting on a bench, facing east. I started talking to the man, who seemed to have something to do with the store. He sat just to the south of me on the bench. I turned and chatted with him. He was $A6. It seemed good to see him again. I chatted with him for a moment. He was not wearing a shirt, and he had ragged chin-length blond hair. I thought that he was still attractive. I looked at his chest, thinking that he was not out of shape. I did not feel attracted to him, but it was nice to see him again.

12019 October 10

I was talking to the man on the southern side of the house. We had been at this house for a party, but the party seemed to be ending. It seemed to be early morning. We were both doing something in the room as we talked. I stood, facing east, and the man was to the northeast of me, facing me. I picked up a few things, as though i was gathering my things together. The man asked me how we would get to the place that we had to go. I thought about the place, which seemed to be somewhere near Binghamton. I told the man that i would drive south from here and then take the highway east to Binghamton. The man said something. I moved to the east so that i was passing to the south of the man. I then realized that we were already south of Ithaca. We seemed to be somewhere out in the country. I told this to the man, and then i said that going the direction that i had mentioned would be the quickest from this place. I said that we were already out of town, so we would just need to continue to the south and go through Owego. I told the man that it was only ten minutes from here to Owego. I then wondered if that was an exaggeration. I thought that it might actually be longer. I pictured the route in my head, thinking that we could take the Route 17 to the east from Owego to get there. I headed to the east, toward my motorcycle. The man followed me. I thought that he would be coming with me. As i reached the motorcycle, i wondered how we could ride on it together. I thought that the man would have to sit in back and hold on to me. I enjoyed being with the man, so i thought that this might be nice. I stopped just to the southeast of the small four-wheel off-road vehicle. The man walked around to the eastern side of the vehicle. I then realized that i did not have a helmet on the four-wheeler. I felt disappointed. I stared at the top of the tan vehicle for a moment, wondering how we could ride. I did not want to ride without a helmet. I told the man that i did not have any helmets here. I did not think that the man needed a helmet, but i knew that i wanted one. I said that i would have to go back into the house to get my helmet, and i headed back to the west. I was then in the hallway on the eastern side of the building. The hallway ran north to south in the southeastern corner of the building. The walls were covered with brown wood paneling, and the area to the west of me was a coat rack, with a long wooden pole running just under a shelf. I had some clothes hanging from a hanger on the coat rack. A heavy leather riding jacket had a white silk riding scarf draped over it. Another article of clothing also seemed to be on the hanger with the jacket. I took the black motorcycle helmet from the west with my left hand. It was a simple black helmet with a matte surface. It looked very modern and new. I then decided that i should put on the jacket. I could also use the scarf to keep me warm as we rode. The scarf was designed for flying, and it seemed chilly out, so i thought it would keep my neck warm as we drove. I put on the leather jacket, feeling suddenly warm. I wondered if it would be too warm for the day. A sheep-skin hat was also hanging from the hanger. It was an old Word War II flying hat that i had purchased a long time ago. I thought that i could wear it now to keep my head warm. It seemed appropriate to riding on the four-wheeler, but i knew that it would not provide enough protection. I left it on the hanger and headed back to the east. As i reached the four-wheeler, the woman started chatting with me. She was coming with us on the ride. She was short, with frizzy chin-length hair. She said something as she smiled and walked to the east, where the other man was still standing. I wondered how we would get three people onto the vehicle. I walked to the north, down the western edge of the parking lot. I seemed to be just to the west of Bryant’s. My car was parked on the northern side of the lot. The shopping plaza around me formed an L, with the main store to the west and smaller stores to the north. As i reached the northern side of the parking lot, i looked to the east. My car would be parked on the northern side of the northernmost row of cars in the lot. I stopped when i saw the car parked second from the end. My car was the dark American car, which looked like a Cadillac or Plymouth. The front end of the car was dented, and a large black truck was on top of it. The truck seemed very large. It had its tires on the ground, and it was parked over the top of my car. The metal undercarriage of the truck had crushed the top of my car. I felt upset. For a moment, i was not sure what i should do. I then felt angry at the people who had driven the truck, and i thought that i should call the insurance agency now so that i could have them see what the drivers of the truck had done. I pulled my cell phone out of my pocket and started walking to the north. I was going to take pictures of the truck. I then felt a little nervous, thinking that the people who were in the truck would see me playing with my phone. They would know that i was trying to take a picture. I hurried to get the camera out. I looked at the screen of the phone, but it had come up with a map. Most of the area of the map was colored with red, but i could still see topographic lines and details. I felt annoyed with the phone, and i tried to get it to switch apps, but it would not. I had to make it seem that i was not interested in the truck. I paused in the doorway of the store. The doorway was to the northwest of me, but i walked slowly to the east as i switched off the map application and started the camera. I finally got the camera turned on. I looked to the south. The truck had moved. It was now parked on the eastern side of the parking lot, which was now near a tall building. A tall brick wall was to the east of the truck, and the truck seemed to be in an alley that ran to the south. I was annoyed that i had missed it on top of my car, but i was going to take a picture of it anyway. I moved to the south, toward the truck. I then turned to the west to take the picture. I had walked past the truck, which was still on the eastern side of the parking lot. I took a picture to the west of me. I was looking through a small room of an apartment. I seemed to be outside of the building, and the door to the building was open to the west of me. The door was near the northern end of the building, and the room inside opened up to the south. Three or four people were sitting in the room, chatting. They all seemed East Asian, and they were all very young and thin. A man in a black button-up sweater stood in the middle of the room, to the south of a chair. He was facing east as he laughed at something the others had said. A woman in a white shirt was sitting in the chair. She had long black hair. Another man was sitting in a chair to the east of the first man. He was facing north. They were unaware that i had been outside, but they noticed when i took the photograph. I could see the damaged truck through an open doorway in the western wall of the room, which seemed to lead out into the alley that was near the parking lot. The truck was facing east-northeast, so i could get a good shot of the front end. I took another picture, thinking that i did not care of the people were upset with me. I could get a picture of them with the truck to show as evidence. I then walked to the north. One of the people from the apartment was now to the south of me. He seemed concerned, and wanted to know what i was doing. I stopped with the truck to the south of me. The man stopped to the southeast of me. He was wearing a bright-blue zip-up running jacket, which had a corrugated collar and thin white ribbing down the outsides of the sleeves. I held up my camera and took a picture of the truck, thinking that i could get the license plate from this angle. The license plate was yellow with dark-blue letters. The plate was mostly numbers with a few letters mixed in, and there was no space in the characters. I tried to remember the numbers. The ones on the right side of the plate, which as farthest from me, because the truck was facing northwest now, seemed to be in a blocky typeface. A W seemed to be three or four characters from the right, with numbers and an R to the right of it and a 3 to the left of it. As i took the picture, the man tried to raise his hand to block my view of the shot. He was slow to react, though, and i got the picture anyway. He put his hand back down, seeming upset and disheartened that i would be reporting the damage of my car. I thought that i needed to report this so something gets done. I would have to take pictures of my own car, which was still parked to the west of me in the lot. I walked toward it, looking at the damage to the wooden dresser that was now in the lot. I felt annoyed.

I was gathering my things on the western side of the small room. Several other people were in the room to the east of me. I was going through boxes and looking at the folders and binders that were in them. I felt as though i was only going through the motions of being interested in the things. I pulled them out and pretended to look at them, thinking that i had no real interest in any of them. One of the young men to the east of me then noticed what i was doing as i looked through a white cardboard file box. He joked about it, saying that i was fooling around. I felt defensive, and said that i was not. A second man, who was sitting to the north of the first, laughed at the first man’s taunt. The first man seemed thin, and he was wearing a light-colored button-up shirt. I looked into the box that was to the northeast of me and pulled out a thin dark-gray binder. It had a white textured surface around the lower edge. The textured area covered the lower fifth of the front surface, with the white curving up the sides a little. The entire binder was covered with plastic wrap. I broke the wrap and opened up the binder, looking at the papers in it. I thought that they were just blank papers, but i realized that the typed packet of papers was actually an acting script. It had marks in red pen on the front page. I read the title of the play, and i remembered that it was a play that i was supposed to do. This must be one of my binders. I flipped through the pages. I remembered that this was a play that i was supposed to have done. I had been part of the cast, but had never actually shown up to any part of the production. I thought that the show was actually in a theater that was distant from where i was. I pictured the large theater. It was a rounded building, and the main stage was on the northern side of a large room. The hallway outside the theater curved around the south and eastern sides of the auditorium. I moved to the east along the southern side of the gray building as i thought about it. I remembered that $A200 was the director for the play. It seemed to be a good production, but i had simply not been there. I felt bad for not showing up, and i could not remember why i was not there. The play must have taken place by now. I considered what was happening, and i turned to the east to see the four patches of color. They were in vertical strips, and they seemed to be mostly in the warm tones. White silhouettes of people were standing in the patches. There was one person posed in each patch, and they all seemed to be me. They had something to do with me. I focused on the colors, wondering what they meant. Someone was talking about something. It had to do with symbolism. I then noticed that the colors had shifted and were now in a square. The dark square had rounded corners, and the right side of the square had a white vertical stripe. One of the other color patches had rotated flat and had covered the upper half of the square. It was dark blue. This had some significance.

I moved to the west, passing between the display tables that were set up fort he event. This seemed to have something to do with $G3. The people in the room around me were still setting up for the event, and i was explaining to someone how i keep running into people from different place. I said that i had run into $A781 at several events, and he had not recognized me. I paused and looked down at the books that were on a table to the south. As i continued on to the west, i told the person that $G3 sponsors several charity events, and that $G22 sponsored the same charity events, so i saw several of the $G22. I rounded the western end of a table and turned to the north, heading pace to the east along the northern side of another table. The people in the room were moving around. I felt out of place here, but i seemed to be a part of this group. I then woke up. I had been sleeping in a narrow bed that was near the southern wall of the room. The foot of the bed was against the southern wall. I had taken a nap while the event was going on. I moved to the west, across the room. I realized that i had been sleeping through much of the event. This seemed common, and i felt disappointed that i had been sleeping through the events. I felt that i was missing the events. I continued to the west, coming into the next room of the building. The room was mostly empty, but some people were gathered here and there. An upright piano was in the center of the room, with the keys facing north. The top of the piano seemed to blend in with a counter that ran to the west from where i was standing. I felt upset, thinking that i was always sleeping through things because i did not know what to do during the events. I wanted to enjoy the events. I stepped up onto the eastern end of the wooden counter and started walking to the west. The counter had a jog to the south in the middle of the room, just past the piano. I felt drunk, and i realized that i had been more outgoing lately, but i had been missing more things. I wanted to enjoy these events while they were happening. I stepped backward a few steps, to where the jog in the counter was. Someone was walking along the counter from west toward me. The counter seemed a little unstable, so i walked carefully to keep my balance. I wanted to do something, but i was not sure what. I stepped down carefully from the top of the western end of the piano. I then looked back at the man behind me. He was an older man with short white hair. I said something to him, and then i turned back to the north and stepped off of the piano and onto the floor. I was depressed that i had not been able to enjoy the people around me.

We had been working at the camp, and we were now moving to the east, across the northern end of a grassy lawn. Someone was then talking to me, asking about the work. I listened to the voice and tried to answer the questions. I sat down on a bench that was facing north. Walls seemed to be to the east and south of us, but we were still outside. The man asked me how the work projects were going, and i started to tell him. I said that there were some things that we were not able to do. I mentioned that David had helped us get some things done. I then started to talk about the man who had come from the main office to help us organize things. The man talking to me asked about the men. He asked if David was the person i had been working with. I looked to the east. $A45 was sitting on the bench still, chatting with the other people. I was referring to him as David. I was wearing a set of white headphones that had large rounded speakers. I pressed them against my head so that i could hear better. I seemed to be speaking to $A206. I clarified that i was not referring to David Richards, whose last name it took me a minute to remember. I told $A206 that it was the other David. I then tried to remember his name, but i could not. The man on the phone then asked if it was Frye. I said “Yes.” David Frye was the person who had been helping us organize. I pictured David Frye as he stood to the south of me. He was $A265. I spoke to $A206 about what we had done as i walked back toward the bench. I said that we had started to do some of the projects, but some of them were just too complex for us to do. I mentioned one where $A782 had wanted us to build a fence. I pictured $A782 standing to the south of us, on the western side of the lawn. He was just to the east of the tree line. This was where he wanted us to build a fence. I told $A206 that we had tried to dig holes for the fence, but the ground was too rocky for us to dig into. I told the person on the headset that some of the jobs were just too complex or required us to have things that we did not have, so we could not do them. I then said that the work project was going well. I referred to David Frye again. I was still heading to the east, toward the others. As i reached the others, however, i was having trouble hearing what $A206 was saying. I thought that the talking of the others must be too loud, so i turned and headed back to the west, pressing the headphones against my ears to hear better. They worked better when i pressed them close to my head. I then realized that i had been walking back and froth between the others and the open area. The land around me was now very open, with no trees in sight. The flat grassland rose to the west of me, and i was walking under what seemed to be tall metal utility-line towers. I did not see the towers, but i was aware that they were there. The ground was rough, and the grass was dry and uneven. I stopped under one of the towers and lay down on my stomach, facing north. I pressed the headphones to my ears to hear the man talking. Just to the north of me was a dirt cliff that dropped off about three to five meters. Far in the distance to the north seemed to be a tall ridge of sharp mountains. They were gray and rocky on the surface. I noticed the broken ground to the north of me on the lower level of land. Rocks were scattered through the grass, and the land had small ridges sticking up here and there. As i moved to the west again, i noticed a roughly oval-shaped brown patch in the middle of the grassy area. The area had deep fissures running north to south in it. The central crevasse was the widest, but it seemed to be less than a meter wide. I thought that these were all geographic features of the land around me. A man was standing at the southern end of the brown patch. He seemed to fit nicely in the southern end of the crack. I thought that he was standing there on purpose. I continued to move to the west, looking at the man. I noticed that long brown cracks ran north to south across the land. I had just walked over one that was on the upper level where i was. The crack probably ran continuously from the higher ground to the lower ground. I thought that we should be careful about not stumbling into one of the cracks. They seemed very narrow, but it thought that someone could fall in and get stuck. The dirt would probably drag them down. The land here seemed very beautiful and very open.

12019 October 16

I was looking through the old phonographs that were in the wooden bin to the east of me. We seemed to be in a second-hand store. Some of the phonographs seemed to be old 45 records, and i flipped several of them. They seemed highly priced, though, so i was not interested in buying them, but i was interested in what they were for. I then realized that some of the records from the highly priced area had been separated from the rest of the phonographs. I thought that they should all be put together. I pulled out several phonographs and made a small stack in my hands. I then started looking through some other things that were on the eastern wall of the room. $A664 was with me. He stood to the north of me. I realized that he was not interested in being here. I told him that i would only be a short time, and i looked at the regular phonographs, which were in a large wooden bin that was against the eastern wall of the room. A man then came from the south. He picked up a few things and started putting them back on the shelfs of the tall wooden bookcase that was against the southeastern wall, just to the south of the table. I noticed the small stack of phonographs that i had left on the southern end of the table, next to the bookcase. I thought that the man worked here, and he was cleaning up. He complained as he put some things back. People must have pulled items off of the shelfs and left them around the store. I wondered if he would try to clean up the stack of albums i had left on the table. He would probably think that i was going to buy the albums. I was not going to buy them, but i would file them with the larger phonographs. The man started to pick up some of the phonographs that i had stacked on the table, and i told him that i would put them away. $A664 wandered off to the northwest. I thought that he might be getting impatient, so i took the pile of albums to put them away with the rest of the phonographs. When i turned to the east, though, i noticed that the cardboard box lid that was on the ground against the eastern wall had only a few things in it. The items seemed to be cassette tapes. I crouched down and tried putting the 45s into the box. The 45s now seemed like bright-orange plastic triangles. They were different because they were special records. I put a few in the small cardboard box, but they did not quite fit correctly. The box did not have enough items in it to be able to properly hold the records upright. This did not seem correct. I remembered that the large bin of phonographs was full. I stood up, thinking that the bin was somewhere else. I then noticed the bin to the southeast of me, on the lower shelf of the bookcase. It looked as i had expected it to look, with black vinyl records standing on end in the bin. I moved to the bin to sort the items in it. I was aware that $A664 was again near me. I put one of the 45s on top of a stack of phonographs. It had a green and yellow cover with a photograph on it. A label had a name that started with H. I told $A664 that this was a popular album. I did not recognize the name as i looked over the album cover. The name of the author was written across the top of the album cover in curved and bulging letters, with the left side of the name taller than the right. Below the name, the name of the song was printed. I asked $A664 if he remembered the song. I looked at it, noticing that the song was “Last Kiss”. I thought that he might not remember the original version of this song. He might only know it from the Pearl Jam version. I then thought that he was probably not interested at all in the music. I left the album in the stack and stood back up, looking at the other things that i had stacked on the table to the east. I took a book from the stack and flipped through the first few pages of it. It was an old book in a brown leather cover. The printed characters on the first few pages looked thin and rounded. The book surprised me, and i thought that it was still a rare book. I told the people to the north of me that it was in German. $A664 was still standing to the northwest of me, and our friend was standing directly to the north of me. I told the friend that the book was in German and asked if he could read it. I seemed to think that he could read some German. He looked at the letters. I then realized that the rounded type was not normal print. It was more of a script font. I told the man that the book was printed in a script character set, and i thought that such things were more like the Russian language than the German language. The man took the book and looked through it. He said that he could not recognize the character. I wondered if it actually was German. I turned to the north, taking the book back. I flipped through several pages. Old photographs were on full pages within the book. I immediately noticed a photograph of a tall wooden structure that had thin horizontal fins. The wooden structure seemed to be about three or four meters tall. It was several meters long, into the depth of the photograph, but it was only a few decis wide on the edge that was facing the camera. The bottom of the structure behind the front edge was thick, but it was less than two meters tall. The square wooden poles were about a meter long, and they ran through the main vertical edge at regular intervals. They ran from near the bottom of the machine to about a meter from the top. The leading edge of the object seemed to have square holes cut into the tall square pole on the front edge, and i could see pale shapes inside the holes. I recognized the machine as one of the first encryption machines. It was from the late Renaissance. I mentioned it to the man who was with us. He seemed interested. He had walked to the south and sat down in the chair that was in the middle of the corridor. I walked toward him, bringing the small book. I told him that the machine was one of the first encoding machines that did encryption. He seemed surprised. I was aware of a third man to the southeast of me. He seemed to be knowledgeable in something. I said that old codes were linear, but this machine was the first code that used actual encryption. I wondered if the man to the east would agree with what i had said. I showed my friend the book. He was sitting in the chair, facing east. I flipped open the pages, but i could not find the picture with the tall wooden structure. I flipped through several pages, trying to find it. I saw it quickly as i flipped past it, and i tired to back up to find it again. I was frustrated that i could not open the book to the correct place to show my friend. I crouched down next to my friend, saying that the book was in Deutsch. I then asked aloud if it really was Deutsch. I stopped on a text page and read a few things. The words on the page were in standard Latin typeface, so they were easy to read. I read a few words, and they seemed to be German. I joked with my friend, saying in fake German “Ja. Das ist Deutsch.” I then flipped through the book again, trying to find the correct image. There seemed to be several pages that had photographs on them. The photographs seemed to be on heavier paper and had a gray tint to them. Several of the heavier pages were together, and i knew that the photo i was looking for was near them. I tried to flip through them, but the book kept opening to a page with another photo on it. I stopped flipping and started turning the pages one by one, moving forward in the book as i looked at the upcoming heavier pages. Several of them were together, and i thought one must have the photograph that i wanted to show my friend.

12019 October 17

I walked across the western end of the large living room, heading to the east. MY grandmother was to the south of me. We were visiting this house. My grandmother seemed to know the people here. The room looked worn and a little dirty. The decorations were old, and the floor was covered with a dull blue carpet. A support beam separated the western and eastern halfs of the room, and the eastern half had a different covering on the floor. Two cushioned chairs stood just to the east of the division, facing roughly west. They had wooden television trays set up in front of them. I was aware that the people who lived in the house were off to the southeast, in another room. They were preparing dinner for us. I walked a little to the east, looking at the dishes that were set up on the television trays. The napkins were dusty blue, and they were placed to the southern side of the dishes, with silverware on them. The setup seemed strange, and i felt a little out of place here. My grandmother seemed to know these people, though, and i knew that she did not want to turn down their hospitality, because it would seem as though we were considering ourselves better than what the family could provide. Something about the setting seemed familiar, though, and i did not feel uncomfortable by the setting. I was just not interested in being here. I felt as though i would rather spend my time doing something else. I waited in the room for our hosts to prepare dinner. My grandmother had walked off to the southeast, into the other room to talk with the family. I wandered back to the west, thinking that i had to find a bathroom before we ate dinner. The western end of the room was now a hallway, and i was looking for a familiar door. The plaster-board walls were painted off-white, and a doorway was in the southern wall. I noticed the open doorway in the northern side of the hallway, though. I peeked into the darkened room. I could see that the room had toilets in the middle of it, but the toilets were not hooked up. They were simply sitting on the floor. Two toilets were in the middle of the room, and i walked toward the western one. It seemed to be on a short crude wooden platform made of plywood. I wanted to use the toilet, but it was not hooked up. I then remembered this problem from before. I had been in other bathrooms where the toilets were not hooked up to anything. I moved to the southwest and opened one of the white porcelain toilets. I could see the plywood floor through the bottom of the toilet. I then looked to the south to see another toilet. I walked back out into the hallway, wondering where i should go. I could not urinate in the unhooked toilets. I then remembered that a narrow room was to the west of me. I thought that it might have toilets. I tried opening some of the doors on the southern side of the hallway, but they were all locked. I headed back to the east, looking at the doors to see if any leaded into bathrooms. I stopped when i realized that i was now outside, to the east of the house. It was dark out, but a bright spotlight high on the building illuminated the space around me. The light seemed to be above me and a little to the south. The yard on the side of the house seemed cluttered with things. Canoes and other items were leaning against the house to the south of me. The other items seemed to consist of wooden boards and sporting equipment. I then realized that a small cubical room was above the clutter of leaning objects. The room attached to the eastern side of the second floor of the house, and it was supported by long two-by-fours. The stack of objects was both under the room and to the north of it, leaning against the house and the wooden supports. The clutter now seemed to have several pieces of scrap items. The cubical room was made of plywood, and it had square holes cut into each side. Someone seemed to be in the room, and i thought that it would be easy to climb up the scrap pile to the window and get into the room. I started toward the junk pile, but the man who had been with me started climbing ahead of me. He seemed like $A14. He climbed into the room, but the room collapsed under him. I was surprised that the room had collapsed. Something did not seem normal here. I then realized that the room had disappeared as it collapsed. I thought that the man was actually the Doctor. This scenario had something to do with time travel.

12019 October 19

I swimmed to the east, down the narrow water channel, which flowed between the tall stone walls. Another person was with me as we moved. I seemed to be doing a breast stoke or a doggie-paddle. I then noticed the fin in the water to the east of me. It was really a man swimming with a shark fin strapped to his back. I tried to head to the north of him, but the man moved in my way. I felt annoyed with him, and i tried to go around him, but he kept getting in my way. Finally, i pushed him to the southeast, trying to get him out of my way. My friend was to the southeast of me now, and i turned to the south to swim down the side channel, which ran to the south from the channel we had been in. I started to swim with a dolphin kick. I looked to the north of me, seeing that i had passed my friend. He was to the northwest of me now, and i said something to him. I noticed that he was doing a breast stroke, and i realized that i had not been using my arms to swim. This seemed strange. I thought about how i was kicking, and i hoped i was doing it well enough. I could feel my legs moving up and down. I then realized that it did not really feel like i was kicking correctly for a swim stoke. I seemed to be doing more of a running motion. I looked down at the gray flat paving stones that covered the ground below us. We were actually swimming through the air just over the ground. The gray rocks looked like slate, with rounded corners. We were heading to the west-northwest now, and i could see my shadow on the ground below and a little to the southwest of me. My friend was to the west of me, and his shadow was below him as well. I concentrated on moving, thinking that my feet should be moving differently to be more efficient. I realized that my toes were pointing downward, and i thought that i should actually keep my feet flat so that they pushed more water out of the way and provide better propulsion. I pointed my toes back so that my feet were flat, and i could feel myself moving more quickly over the ground. I followed the water channel, which was marked by the stone walls on the northern and southern sides. Another channel headed to the north from where we were. It was a small opening between two dark stone columns, but a wider section of water seemed to be to the north of us. I turned to the north to head through the passage. I was in the water again. As i reached the opening, i felt my feet hitting something under the water. It felt like a large rubber beach ball. I stopped moving and tread water for a moment. I could feel the rubber ball in front of me. I tried to swim over it, but i realized that the water was not deep enough. I then realized that i could feel several large balls under the water. They had floated to the north and must have gotten stuck in the narrow opening in the channel. I started to feel anxious, thinking that the balls were dangerous. The current must be wedging them in the passageway, and i wondered if the current was strong enough to endanger us if we got caught in the balls. I tried to swim over them, but i could not make it over the highest ball, even though the top of the ball was still under water. I thought that boats must get stuck in the channel on the balls. This seemed dangerous, and i mentioned to my friend that the balls were in the way of the boats. I wondered what was trapping them in the passageway. It seemed that they would just float free. They seemed to be much narrower than the opening that they were stuck in.

I had my cell phone with me, and i was trying to make a phone call. I had called the man, whose name seemed to be Michael. I got his answering machine instead. I had gotten the answering machine the last few times that i had called. I listened to the message again, but it was different this time. I felt suspicious and worried. Something seemed wrong. I thought Michael must have died. My father was to the west of me as we walked to the north. I felt very worried about the situation, and i told my father that i had talked to the other man about a man named Michael a little while ago. Another man and i had been working for Michael, doing something that seemed secretive. It seemed that it was work for the government, and we could not let others know what we had been working on. It seemed like we had been spying on someone. I felt worried, and i wondered what the other man and i should do now. I told my father about what we had been doing, feeling concerned that the other man and i might be in danger. I thought that i should not say anything to anyone about what we were actually doing. I wondered if we were targets for anyone. I headed to the north, walking across the small area. The garage was to the east of us, and a cement wall ran to the west. I wondered how i could contact the man whom i was supposed to contact. I passed through a doorway and came into an office. A large room with tan cubicles opened up to the south and southwest of me. A cubical wall was just to the south of me as i entered the room, but it ended by the middle of the room. I realized that this was the office of the man i had been working for. I wondered if it was a good idea to come to this office. If something had happened to the man, i thought that it might be dangerous for me to be here. I then noticed the rectangular desk to the west of me, just to the south of the aisle that i was walking down on the northern side of the room. A tall man was sitting on the southern side of the desk. He seemed very familiar. Another man was sitting on the eastern side of the desk, one person was sitting on the northern side of the desk, and two were sitting on the western side. I looked at the tall man on the southern side of the table. He had a rectangular face, with a temple slightly wider than his jaw. He had a tall forehead and short blond hair. I thought that he was named Alex, but i could not be sure. I wondered if he would be someone i should contact. I felt unsure about this though. I then noticed that the man had a white mug on the table in front of him. It had the name “Alex” in black uppercase sans-serif letters. I tried to watch the people at the table as they talked, but i did not want to seem suspicious. I continued walking to the west. I felt uneasy. The people here should know that i had been working for the man. As i started to pass the western end of the table, the man sitting on the western side pulled off his yellow T-shirt. He smiled as he pulled it off. He was going to have to pose for a picture, and he did not want the shirt on. I then realized that Alex had his shirt off as well. I felt uneasy here, and i thought that i should not be here. I hurried to the west, thinking that i should get out of the office before anyone recognized me.

12019 October 21

12019 October 23

I moved to the west, across the asphalt parking lot that was in the flat area. The land to the north and northwest of me was a cut grass field, which seemed to belong to the school. The school building seemed to be to the southeast of me. The two or three men were to the east of me, and they were after me. They were bad men. I walked quickly. I could not let them capture me. I had small metal objects in my hands. They were about the size of a pencil, but they had metal shafts with a sharp point on one end. The opposite ends were covered with a plastic or rubber surface. The rubber covered a little less than half of the lengths of the spikes, leaving only a few millimeters of the flat end of the spike exposed. I had three of the pins in my right hand. Two were near the outside of my hand and one was pointing up across my index finger as i looked at my palm. The one pointing up had a yellow coating around the lower end, and one of the ones in the outer part of my palm had a blue coating. I took the yellow one and threw it at the tires of the yellow school bus, which was standing to the northwest of me, facing east. I threw it as a threat to the men following me. I knew that they would not want their transportation damaged. To my surprise, i heard the spike puncture the tire and the air hiss out. I was glad that i could do some damage, and i threw a second spike toward the rear tire of the bus, which was farther to the west. I glanced back to see that two of the men were still following me. They seemed to be dressed in black leather. I then threw one of the spikes to the southeast. I caught a glimpse of a track hurdle on the ground just to the southeast of me. The spike went over the top of it and hit something beyond. The men seemed concerned about it, and they both ran off to the southeast. I turned back to the northwest and started moving away. I had to get away while the men were gone. I then noticed the barbell on the ground just to the northwest of me. I knew that the men would want it. I would have to take it away from them. The metal bar had large shiny metallic plates on either end. I grabbed the bar between the plates and started to lift it. I then thought that it would be too heavy to easily carry a great distance. I would have to get it away from the area so that the men could not find it. I then realized that i could simply roll it. I put it back down on to the ground and started pushing the barbell to the northwest. I thought that i could push the weights off of the bar and drop all three of the objects into the tall grass at the end of the field. It would be an easy way to hide the weights without taking them too far. I would have to do it while the men were out of sight, though. I started running as i pushed the weights. I hoped that the men could not see me. I glanced back to see where they were.

I was in a room on the southern side of the small house. I seemed to be on the western half of the house, which seemed like an old house that was built in the fourties or fifties. The door in the western end of the southern wall opened, and people entered. $A556 was with them. I was surprised to see these people. I knew that they wanted to stay in the house, and i felt a little uncomfortable about this. I knew that this was not my house anymore, though, so i decided that i should not really care whether they stay here or not. I was crouched down, facing east in the middle of the room near the eastern wall. A set of stairs seemed to ascend behind the wall to the east of me. The people coming gathered to the south of me. I felt that they were somehow taking advantage of the person who owned this place by staying here and that they did not really care about the house or the host. I headed to the north, heading down a corridor. I came to another room, which now seemed to be on the northern side of the house. I realized that the house was much larger than i had thought it was. I now seemed to be on a lower level of the house. I turned to the west and entered the northern end of a short wide hallway. The people were now gathered on the southern side of the room. I had come down a long flight of stairs, which now leaded up to the south, to the east of the hallway. The people were unpacking their things and were putting bedrolls on the ground. They seemed transient people. The area of the hallway was messy now with thrown pieces of clothing and garbage. $A556 was then to the east of me. I was surprised to see her there when i turned, but it seemed good to see her. I said hello and smiled, but she did not seem to respond. I hugged her hello, referring to her by name. She remained limp in my arms as i hugged her, as though uninterested. I felt bad and let her go. As i backed away, i realized how short she seemed. I told her that she was shorter than i expected. I then noticed that her skin was very tan. She wore a loose white T-shirt, and her body seemed deformed in some way. Her limbs were too skinny, and something about her torso seemed uneven. She was to the north of me as i stood, watching her. Someone was then to the west of her, and she turned her attention to that person, seeming more interested in talking to him. I felt uneasy as i stood there for a moment, not sure what to do. I eventually headed back down the corridor to the east. A large glass window was in the upper part of the northern wall of the corridor. I now seemed to be between two sections of different buildings. The building to the north seemed very modern, and the house to the south was older and more run down. The building to the north seemed to have a metal framework, with plaster walls and glass dividers. I came to the eastern end of the corridor and passed through a glass door. I came into a corridor that ran along the outside of the southern building. The corridor ran to the south, and a door to the outside seemed to be to the east of me. I wondered if the owners of the house would be upset that i let the others in. I wondered if they were aware that the others were staying here. I then thought that $A682 was somehow associated with the house. He seemed to be the owner. I turned to the south in the outside corridor and headed toward the stairs. The eastern wall of the corridor was glass, with thick brown metal frames. It seemed to have a glass ceiling as well. Another glass door was to the south of me, separating the breezeway from the stairs. I pulled the door open, but i realized that the carcass of a black cat was in front of the door. When i saw it, i felt disgusted, thinking that this place needed to be cleaned. I stopped and looked at the cat, which seemed to be mostly curled up. I felt uneasy, and i decided to ignore the litter on the ground. I headed up the stairs, wondering if i should have done something with the cat’s body. The stairs had a small landing halfway up. I continued up the stairs to the top. A metal door was at the top of the stairs, and i could see a room to the east, though the window. The room seemed to be a bedroom. I tried to open the door, but, before i had reached it, i remembered that it had been locked. The door handle would not turn. I felt disappointed, thinking that i would have to walk all the way back down the stairs and around the western side of the building to get back to the front of the house. I thought that the door would have led into the kitchen of the house, but the room had been under construction. I imagined that the construction was on the eastern side of the kitchen, to the southeast of me. The area had to be closed off because of debris that might be in the air. I started back down the stairs, feeling disappointed. I would have to come back in the other entrance of the house, which seemed like a hassle. I did not want to have to reenter the house, but i did not seem to have any other choice.

I was in my grandfather’s house with my mother, and it seemed that i was looking for something here. We had been here for a little while, and i felt a little uncomfortable here, thinking that my grandfather no longer owned this place. My moved left to the northwest, and i continued looking for something. I then noticed the motion to the south of me. I looked out the window in the kitchen, which as on the southern side of the dining room that i was in. I could see the grass in the yard ripple and move, like a wave moving toward the house. As i moved to the window, i could see that the wave was moving to the northwest. It seemed to hit the southwestern corner of the house, and i felt the house sway slowly. This seemed very strange. I looked down at the cement wall below the window, which i was now standing in front of. The cement wall was cracked, and i thought that the pressure from the wave must have cracked it. I looked back out at the yard, seeing that another wave was approaching the house. I felt nervous, not sure what was happening. I moved to the west and found myself in the driveway to the west of the house. I looked at the southwestern corner of the house. An old stone walkway ran along the side of the house. A narrow strip of thinning cut grass was to the south of the large slate paving stones, and i short retaining wall descended to the lower lawn to the south. The western end of the retaining wall seemed to have been broken away, and i could see tree roots sticking out of the ground. I then realized that the tree roots were moving. They were growing toward the wall, and i thought that they were looking at the wall as they reached toward it. The roots had white tendrils along the central stem. Some of the tendrils then turned to face me. I felt unsure of what to do. I thought that the roots might be dangerous. I thought that i would need salt to keep them away. I felt frightened of them. I turned to the north and moved away, finding myself in the small supply room. I knew that the supply room was just to the south of the garage, which was on the western side of the driveway, to the west of the house. White wooden shelfs ran along the walls of the room, holding many different boxes of kitchen supplies. I looked around for the salt. These were things that my grandfather had left here, but none of the things seemed useful. A doorway was in the eastern end of the northern wall. It led to a corridor that ran down the center of the building we were in, which seemed like an old barn that had been converted to a garage and storage area. I moved to the northwest, looking through some of the boxes on the shelf. I felt annoyed that i could not find any salt. Many of the plastic bottles and metal cans seemed to be common kitchen items, but i could not find a container of salt. I noticed that the sweets were on the top shelf. They seemed like hard candies. I thought that i should take some with me, because my grandfather was no longer around to use them. I pulled a chocolate bar out of one of the boxes on the high shelf. The label was purple. To my displeasure, the chocolate bar had a cream filling, which i did not think would be good. Other small squares of chocolate in a white cardboard tray seemed to have a strawberry filling. I did not like any of these products. My mother was then to the east of me. I tried to push a box of cookies back onto the shelf, but i spilled them on the floor. I was annoyed. I was again near the step that led up to the slate paving stones at the corner of the house. I started to pick up the cookies, thinking that i would simply throw them out.

I moved to the east in the small room, gathering my things. This house belonged to the woman, who was to the northeast of me, standing just to the north of an island counter. She had a bag, which she placed on the counter. She seemed happy about the contents of the bag, and she showed me that the bag was full of small furry animals. The animals did not seem to be alive, and i felt uncomfortable as she motioned me to investigate the animals further. They had exaggerated features, making them seem cuter than they were. They had rounded heads and were very fluffy. They seemed to be a variety of squirrel. I felt awkward, but i nodded in acknowledgment of what the woman was saying about the animals. One of the animals was then on the counter to the east of me. At the woman’s prompting, i had pulled it out of the bag and started petting it. I felt uncomfortable, and i put the animal back into the bag after a few gratuitous strokes. I thought that i should not be touching it. I put some of the dead squirrels back into the white sack as well. I felt upset about this situation. Something seemed wrong.

I walked to the east, entering the theater from the back. The chairs arced a little as they faced the eastern side of the room. I sat down in the second or third row of the theater. A woman was sitting to the north of me, and she was talking to someone who was in the row in front of us. I looked through the brochures that i had in my hand. I felt interested in them. They seemed like programs for the show. They were longer than they were tall and opened from the short side on the left. The cover seemed to be mostly black with a picture in the middle of it. I had several brochures in my hand, and i was flipping through them, trying to find something. As i shuffled from one program to another, i realized that i had several copies of the same program. They were all of the same style, with similar images, but i knew that one was for the show that i was watching. A woman was standing on stage to the east of me, saying something to the audience. I wanted to find the program for this concert or show. I thought that this was a Fleetwood Mac show. I then turned to the west and started walking down the sidewalk on the northern side of the street. I had just finished the show, and i was now heading back to someplace. I thought that i was supposed to meet $A682 somewhere. We were both in New York City, and i thought i should contact him and say hello. I thought that i should text him, but i felt hesitant to do so. It felt awkward to say hello to him. I turned to the north, now on the western side of the street. I remembered that $A682 was supposed to drive me home from here. We lived far to the northwest. I wondered how i could get home if i did not contact him. I decided that i could always take a bus from Penn Station. I had done that before. I felt indecisive, wondering if i should really contact him. I thought about the travel to get back home. It seemed like a very long way to travel, and i did not feel like doing it. I looked at the gray sky above the tall buildings. It was cool out and overcast, and it seemed like late fall or early winter. I was not sure what i should do. I turned to the west and headed into a large store. The place seemed old and run down, with aisles of food close together. This place seemed like a truck stop in some ways. I thought that i could stop here to rest on my journey. People were moving around the room, and it seemed like most of them would be getting supplies here. I had entered the door and walked down a central aisle of the store. To the north of he aisle, small tables and booths were set up for eating. The northern wall seemed to have some shelfs and small racks of items. To the south of the aisle, the room seemed densely filled with storage shelfs that had stacks of boxes on them. The service counter seemed to be somewhere to the west of me. A counter with some cupboards under it extended from the northern wall, just to the northwest of me. A large metal counter with a metal set of shelfs above it was just to the south of me. The counter seemed to have a coffee machine and some other beverage items on it. The shelfs above contained cups and styrofoam takeaway containers. Aisles ran to the south on either side of the counter, and a tall set of shelfs ran to the south, directly to the south of the counter. I moved to the eastern side of the counter and looked into the area to the south. It was surrounded by tall shelfs of supplies, which seemed to be in bulk cardboard boxes. I was carrying a large pale-tan plastic tank over my left shoulder. It had brown stripes along the sides. It was very wide and flat, and i thought that it fit over the top of a truck or car. Its cross section along the long side seemed T shaped. It was about three meters long and around one and a half meters wide. The ends of the T were only about two or there decis thick, but the bottom of the T, which was about a meter wide, was around half a meter thick. I had taken the container off of a camper, and i thought that i would fill it up with water here. I was then to the west of the tank, in the aisle that ran from the western side of the counter. I had placed the tank down in the area to the east of the counter, but i was looking for a container to hold water. I looked through the things on the shelfs to the east of me, aware of a woman to the northeast, in the main aisle of the store. She had just come in and was looking for things too. I looked at some bottles of sugar and salt, and i thought that this stuff was really for travelers or truckers. I was not really one of them; i was just passing through on my way home. I started to move around the area, looking at the things here. The small area between the tall shelfs was filled with equipment. Most of it seemed to be kitchen appliances, like stoves and metal cooking surfaces. This was where the travelers could prepare a meal and chat with each other. It seemed like a loose community of circumstance. I did not feel a part of this group. I moved around the room and chatted with other people, though. They did not know that i was really just heading somewhere specific and not traveling from place to place, so they acted as though i was one of them. I was unsure what to do, so i paced as i commented to some people.
